The weighted tencel blanket has suited my needs and met my expectations. I did not have trouble falling asleep, but I routinely woke during the night and had trouble going back to sleep. Since using Bearaby's weighted blanket, I have regularly been able to fall back asleep. I awake more rested in the morning. I am a hot sleeper but, due primarily to the blanket's open weave, have remained relatively cool.

The company also provided excellent service. The blanket arrived just four days after I ordered it. Overall: a quality product and excellent service.

I have a large woven cotton weighted blanket and a travel blanket. They work great! I recommend them.

Hallo, ich versuche seit Tagen mit der Firma Bearaby in Kontakt zu treten. Habe mehrere Mails geschrieben. Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit diese Firma telefonisch zu kontaktieren.- Ich habe eine Gewichtsdecke bestellt. Diese könnte man innerhalb halb 14 Tage zurückschicken, man muss sich jedoch erst von Bearaby das Rücksendelabel schicken lassen. Die melden sich aber nicht. Die Rückgabefrist endet heute.-
NACHTRAG: zeitnah zu meiner heutigen Bewertung habe ich die Rücksendeunterlagen von Bearaby doch noch per Mail erhalten.

Bearaby is all it claims to be - wonderful quality, soft (I got the cotton), breathable, and truly exceptional customer service. I had an issue with the order - my problem, not theirs - but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. This company and product is amazing!

In der Berliner Morgenpost gab es über Bearaby einen Artikel. Die Philosophie und die auf Naturbasis angebotenen Produkte gefielen mir, so dass ich ohne langes zögern eine Schlafdecke für meine Frau zu Weihnachten bestellte. Leider gefiel ihr die Decke überhaupt nicht, obwohl sie einwandfrei und von hochwertiger Beschaffenheit war. Als ich in Trustpilot schaute, war ich über die relativ schlechten Bewertungen im Falle einer Retoure erschrocken und fragte mich, wie das wohl bei mir sein wird. Da es nur eine 14 tägige Rückgabefrist gibt, habe ich am 20.12.24 ein Rücksendelabel beantragt. Da ich auch einen Tag später keine Eingangsbestätigung erhielt, schickte ich noch am Samstag ein weiteres Mail hinterher. Kurz darauf erhielt ich ein Mail in englischer Sprache, dass informierte, das aktuell das Büro nicht besetzt ist, aber das gewünschte Retourenlabel in Kürze verschickt werde. So war es dann auch! Heute am 07.01.25 ist der Kaufpreis auf mein Konto eingegangen. Die 5 Sterne gibt es hier für eine einwandfreie Kommunikation und Geschäftsgebaren. Bei Gelegenheit werde ich schauen, ob wir etwas aus dem weiteren Sortiment benötigen.

I bought the weighted sleep mask a few months ago. The quality itself is very good but the mask if you are a side sleeper is super uncomfortable. I gave myself a few weeks to get used to it, and since it didn't happen I tried to return the item, but I couldn't since it was after their 15 days return policy. Overall, I am now left with a very expensive and uncomfortable eye mask in my bedside table and 50€ less in my account....

This is the WORST customer service department ever! There is no phone number, no email, the chat goes off in one second. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I finally got a blanket that was delivered to the wrong house and know they filed a UPS claim. I am trying to be considerate but can't ever let these people know I got the blanket!
I am going to order another weighted blanket for a friend but NOT from this company.

Does not take responsibility for errors. Sent wrong item and requires consumer to pay for their mistake with $8 charge to return WRONG item. Misrepresents sleep mask as fitting women but mask is sized to fit only certain women . . . with large heads.

Ich bin begeistert von der Nachhaltigkeit, die Bearaby mit dieser Decke verfolgt. Die Materialien sind umweltfreundlich, und die Tatsache, dass sie ohne künstliche Füllstoffe auskommt, macht das Produkt für mich noch attraktiver. Die Decke fühlt sich super weich an, und ich finde es toll, dass ich so etwas Komfortables nutzen kann und gleichzeitig meinen ökologischen Fußabdruck reduziere. Sie bietet mir nicht nur Entspannung und besseren Schlaf, sondern auch das gute Gefühl, etwas für die Umwelt zu tun.

Was mich an der Bearaby Decke am meisten beeindruckt, ist die herausragende Qualität. Man merkt sofort, dass hochwertige Materialien verwendet wurden.
Die Decke ist nicht nur angenehm schwer, sondern auch atmungsaktiv, was gerade im Sommer ein echter Vorteil ist. Ich hatte vorher Bedenken, dass mir unter der Decke zu warm wird, aber das war überhaupt nicht der Fall. Die Luftzirkulation ist super, sodass ich auch in wärmeren Nächten gut schlafen kann.
Insgesamt einfach ein tolles Produkt!

Bearaby is amazing. I had no clue about this company until today. A sister school in buncombe county reached out in hopes to buy a few of their weighted stuffed animals for the classrooms. In the wake of Hurricane Helene we were not sure if this would even be possible. Instead this company sent 80 weighted animals to the school for the kids. This was enough to cover 2 schools with a safe weighted animal for all of the kids to enjoy. We couldn't be happier for the gracious donation. Thank you so much.

For full disclosure, I have a weighted blanket from this company and love it. But this review is for the Hugget stress ball.

The Hugget is really bad. Don't waste your money on this product. It not only smells like chemicals - even after a wash - but it sheds when played with. I contacted their customer service, and surprisingly, they didn't even have empathy or give a darn.

And, you can't leave a review on their website at all. Most places have a link on the invoice page where the products are listed that were purchased.

Anyway, disappointed as I have spent some $ with this company and was on the site to purchase another $300 blanket. I figured I would chat with customer service first - not asking for anything - but just to get some insight as to why. Well, let's just say they just lost the $300 sale. Not sure they care, but another company will be happy to get my money.

This Beraby company is nonresponsive and MIA in customer service! We tried to redeem a valid $200 gift card given to us by CBS studios to order a blanket. The gift card was rejected for no reason and no one responds to emails requesting help! There is no phone number to talk to anyone on purpose! Scam company!

I purchased the Tree Napper 15lb and it was advertised as being 72” in length. Well it is NOT. It’s 66”! Their return policy is fee laden garbage. It also is cumbersome to wash and takes more than one cycle to dry in the machine.

I paid for a blanket to be shipped to my friend for her birthday and it was never delivered. Bearaby customer service refused to take any action or provide the product I paid for, forcing me to pursue a chargeback with my credit card company. Very poor customer service - avoid at all costs.

Deceptive marketing. They pay for positive review and delete negative ones. I don't even have a spot to leave a negative review on their site and now I have to pay $50 in return shipping because of their dishonesty. Avoid at all costs.

Complete waste of money. Did not help at all and in fact made my sleeping problems even worse. On top of that, I'm unable to return it.

I jumped in the weighted blanket fad early and chose Bearaby because they had great advertising. After 6 months I realized the blanket weight had shifted to the outside edges and no longer worked as advertised. I finally went to the website to see if I was using it incorrectly. Found that my blanket style was no longer available, so I reached out to the company about my concerns. Because I was past my return window they were not going to help me. BUT they had a "new and better" model that they could SELL me. How poor is that to discontinue a product because it failed and try to sell the client a "better version". I was very disappointed in their response.
