I’m a psychiatrist who works with sleep, so I was naturally curious to try a weighted blanket myself. I’ve really enjoyed my Baloo blanket — the weight feels comforting and calming, and it’s become something I genuinely look forward to using at night. I also loved the thoughtful details, like the cloth storage bag and simple instructions. For me, it’s been a really nice addition to my nighttime routine.

This blanket is a massive win! We got it for my son, and he is literally falling asleep faster. My wife loves the natural materials and overall quality, and my daughter is obsessed with the tote bag packaging (she uses it to carry her stuffed animals). We will definitely be purchasing from this company again soon!

I’m really happy with my Baloo Living weighted blanket. The quality feels beautiful, substantial, and very well made. I love the weight — it feels comforting without being overwhelming, and it has quickly become one of my favorite things to use when I’m relaxing at home.
The fabric also feels soft and breathable, and the blanket looks elegant enough to leave out on the bed or sofa. Everything from the packaging to the overall quality felt thoughtful and premium. A beautiful product that I genuinely enjoy using.

I’ve been using my Baloo Super King weighted blanket, 11.3kg (25lb), for three years, having bought it in 2023. It’s very well made, with strong stitching, evenly distributed filling and thick fabric that feels lovely against the skin.

My sleep has improved since using it. In fact, I liked it so much that I bought two more! I now use two myself and gave the third to my daughter.

I’ve also had mine professionally washed twice, and it has washed well both times. I can thoroughly recommend it!

When our Baloo sheets finally arrived, I turned it into a whole unboxing event for my wife and I because, well... why not? I had just dedicated the last two weeks of my life researching everything there is to know about bedding materials, so she had the distinct "privilege" of listening to me hype up our incoming sheets nonstop. Since we were, in fact, only opening a box of sheets, our grand "event" lasted a total of about two minutes lol. But that was okay because my expectations were already sky-high for the sheets. And to say that I was excited to see if they actually delivered would be an understatement (I mean, I did just tell you that I turned our sheet’s arrival into an unboxing event, right? Haha)!

Anyway, I performed a 1c vinegar rinse and spin -> water-only rinse and spin -> actual delicate wash cycle using plant-based detergent, and an add-on rinse cycle. Overkill? Absolutely lol. But I wanted to get a few rinses and washes in to start the anticipatory "break-in" for the fabric as time goes on!

Anyway, we ended up using the sheet that same night and every night since then. It's hardly been a week, but I can say the linen hype is undoubtedly, 1000% the real deal!!! We've been loving the feel and thermoregulation of the sheet with our new wool comforters! It’s even more impressive because my wife and I are both really sensitive to temperature when we sleep and, even with the wool comforters, we found ourselves still periodically getting too hot or too cold throughout the night. It sounds like it wouldn’t make that large of a difference, but since we’ve been using Baloo’s sheets, we haven’t a single night of sleep being slightly too hot or too cold. I also have to mention that we don't really subscribe to the hippie woo-woo type of stuff (crystals, chakras, etc. etc.), but there is definitely some sort of almost grounding-like sensation with the linen. It just feels... right? Haha! It’s one of those things that needs to be experienced because words just don’t capture it right! But yeah, the sheet is genuinely a welcomed addition to our new bed and absolutelyyy rounded out the final comforting touches for our bed and bedroom!

Meanwhile, we received a super-premium, 10X luxury Egyptian cotton percale sheet swatch to test (I won’t name names, but they’re widely considered the absolute “pinnacle” of luxury cotton sheets, marketing themselves as if they’re woven from a single, mystical fiber of Egyptian cotton hand-plucked from the Nile by a twelfth-generation monk who, of course, only spins yarn on leap years.) Any who, like linen, the idea is that this material also softens and breaks in overtime to become even more cozy, comforting, and luxurious.

Well, I've put our little premier, silver-spoon swatch in every load of laundry I've done over the past several weeks. And while the texture does seem to have loosened up a bit and maybe become a bit more forgiving/softer, it also feels like something a child would use for paper mache in a school project lol. The fabric/threading is too thin and, pardon the risqueness, reminds me of something someone would intentionally purchase to win a wet t-shirt contest because of how thin the threading is. That, or like a summer-style curtain that flows with a summer breeze and lets nearly all light still transmit through it lol.

At the end of the day, we're super happy we splurged and decided to go with Baloo and their sheets! It turns out that the short-career I dedicated to researching bedding and sheets and, ultimately, discovering Baloo and their linen sheets, was worth every second (and an added bonus is that my wife is also in love with them, too)! Looking forward to many years of use and the sound sleep and coziness that accompanies Baloo’s products!

I had a great experience with Baloo. Shipping had no issues, delivery was well-handled and I'm thrilled with the product itself.

I’m on an emotional regulation journey and self care is a priority. If that is also you, you need Baloo! The quality of the weighted blanket is exceptional. Perfect weight, soft, and genuinely calming in a way you can feel immediately.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Kind, responsive, and incredibly generous in handling my questions with ease and care. It felt like they truly cared about the customer experience, not just the product.

In a world where good service is rare, Baloo is a reminder of what it should be. I’m genuinely impressed and grateful.

I chose the replacement, and it arrived within a week.

On February 2, I purchased a weighted blanket as a gift with delivery to Cyprus. I paid more for the shipping than for the blanket itself, and as of today, I still have not received anything.

The tracking link provided shows that updates stopped on February 17, and there has been no movement since then.

I have contacted the company three times, but received no response. I also reached out to the delivery company, and they informed me that the issue must be resolved with the seller. However, the seller is completely ignoring my messages, and there has been no reply from the support email either.

At this point, I have effectively lost €337, which is unacceptable.

I kindly request that my case be resolved as soon as possible. Either issue a full refund or resend the blanket, ensuring that it is properly delivered this time.

High quality bedding and wonderful natural fabric weighted blankets!

I’ve been using a Baloo Living blanket for about a month now and honestly it’s been great—super comfortable, really well made, and the weight just feels right. After the first few nights I started sleeping deeper and waking up less, and it just has a really solid, high-quality feel overall.

I love the sheet set and weighted duvet; they feel very luxe. The shipping was fast, and the customer service is great! No issues.

I bought the 12 lb weighted throw with the duvet cover, and I honestly love it.
The weight feels even and calming, not heavy or uncomfortable at all. It helps me relax so much at night. I slept like a rock! I usually wake up in the middle of the night, and I’ve now slept through the night two nights in a row. That almost never happens for me. I was also surprised that it doesn’t feel hot. I tend to get warm when I sleep, but this throw is really comfortable. The duvet cover helps a lot, it’s soft and easy to wash.
The quality feels great overall, from the fabric to the stitching. It’s a really nice option if you want the feeling of a weighted blanket without using a full-size one.
I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something that helps you relax and sleep better. It arrived quickly, just two days(delivered to Texas).

I have been very impressed with the quality of the weighted blanket, and the weighted throw. I have a King sized one, on my bed - and a throw for my kids' beds. What has impressed me the most, is I have washed them (a lot) of times, and they still hold together, and work as well as the day I bought them. All of the "other" ones, that I have purchased, over the years, have all fallen apart, or leaked their beads (or weird stuffing stuff), and made a giant mess (plus I had to buy new ones). But the ones I have from baloo have held up. I love them, I truly do. (Side note, my son loves his "heavy blanket" as it helps him sleep better, and for me - I can't sleep without it (literally).)

I've tried a few weighted blankets but Baloo is by far the best! They also have awesome customer service!

I bought this blanket because I sleep hot and thought it would be a good fit for me. I got the 15lb smaller size which was too small. Exchanged it for the next size up which was the right size for me. Gave it a good try. Wanted to love it. My feet kept getting cold, and my body too warm. My wife had a different (cheaper) blanket that she had been using and loving so we switched for one night just to try. She had the same experience as I did with the Baloo blanket. And her blanket was much, much better than the Baloo blanket for literally 1/4 the price! I was warm but not too warm. My feet weren't cold. The weight helped me sleep. So.. I sadly made the decision to contact Baloo to return it but they informed me since I had previously exachanged it for a different size that I could no longer return it, even though I have had the blanket in my possession for less than a month! If you order this blanket, PROCEED WITH CAUTION and make extra sure that you are getting the size you need.

Five stars for fast delivery. Ordered the silk eye mask. Very poor quality. Not worth £80 at all.

The blanket is probably alright, but the shipping issues (other reviews mention them too) make the purchase not worthwhile. My order arrived late and both Baloo (frustrating!) and the shipper disclaimed any responsibility. They even claimed that the weather was to blame when the product was loaded onto the truck (in my city) on time on a perfectly sunny day.. it just spent the time riding around rather than being delivered.

Recently purchased the 9kg weighted comforter and I couldn't be happier. Have spent a lot of money on different weighted blankets, sleep aids etc and this has genuinely significantly improved my sleep. Whilst it might be a little on the more expensive side it is more than worth the price. If you're debating a weighted blanket purchase, just go with this one. Happily highly recommend.
