I bought my first Bearaby napper several years ago. I was so impressed by its quality and ability to provide the comfort and weight to sleep soundly. Since then I’ve bought a few more to give as gifts to family members. I bought one for my sister. She loved hers and she bought one for her daughter.
I bought one for my son today and Jennifer provided exceptional customer service, answering all my questions about size, weight? Delivery times etc.
I am a devoted Bearaby customer.

I love Bearaby blankets. The quality is excellent and made of 100% cotton. Highly recommend to those that are looking for blankets that don't make you sweat and also provide a weighted comfort.

Company has not gone further to resolve a lost package, reimburse, or provide new merchandise.

Such a great company to order from. Great customer service and orders received promptly.

Es dauert alles viel zu lange! Die Abläufe müssen dringend optimiert werden!
Der OMR-Podcast hatte mich neugierig gemacht und daher hatte ich mir eine Decke bestellt. Bezahlt hatte ich per Paypal. Die Decke kam dann auch einigermaßen zügig, hatte aber die falsche Farbe. Dann wurde es lästig. Die Retoure muss man erst beantragen, ob man ein Rücksendelabel erhält, muss erst geprüft werden. Mit der Mail, die ich erhielt, konnte Hermes nichts anfangen; ich musste die Decke wieder zurückschleppen. Erst dann erhielt ich auf Nachfrage einen QR-Code, den Hermes akzeptierte. Und nun warte ich immer noch auf mein Geld und bin genervt. Die Qualität der Decke kann ich nicht beurteilen. Die Prozesse im Onlineshop sind jedoch nervig. Ich werde dort nie wieder irgendwas kaufen!!!

I absolutely love this product. So soft and beautiful and the weight is perfect for me. Has completely changed my sleep for the better after years of very problematic sleeping.

My order came quick! Bearaby consistently kept me in the loop from shipping, exact tracking all the way until it arrived to my front door. My Napper is beyond what I expected! It is thick but breathable, snuggle for sure with this blanket! Most importantly I am a clean fanatic and washed it at a local Laundromat. I used a very large machine , cold water, delicate cycle, Woolite, and of course it took 3 drying cycles on warm heat. Amazing! No color fade, no shrinking, no stretchage, and I plan to order another for hubby. Please note I am not receiving any monetary or compensation from Bearaby for my factual review.

I love all things Bearaby. The neck warmer is cozy and perfect for neck pain or just to relax. The lap pad is really helpful and super cozy. And the absolute best thing is the weighted napper blanket. Our son has struggled the fall asleep for a while. Since getting the blanket he is asleep within minutes and wakes up well rested and in a better mood. It is such a game changer. Worth every penny!

I have previously ordered from Bearaby - twice. I received the communication regarding the tariffs and feeling like one of my blankets was due for a replacement figured now was a good time to purchase my third. I am incredibly disappointed. It feels like a product from a completely different company. It smells. I’ve washed it three times and it still smells odd. The knots are so loose compared the tight chunky knots of my other two blankets. Finally, not sure if this is related to the knots but it does not at all feel like 20 pounds. I have to double it up and sleep completely straight to get any pressure. I’m disappointed that in expecting the same quality, washed it before realizing all this, making it not eligible for return. I was bummed about production issues but apparently it was time to find a new company for my blanket.

I love the feel of the blanket and the quality is all it was made out to be. Before I had received it, I was somewhat reticent about shelling out almost 300€ for a blanket, but now I feel it was well worth the money. Thank you, Bearaby!

Ich habe am 28.08.2025 eine Bearaby Gewichtsdecke bestellt. Diese war als Geschenk gedacht und würde zügig geliefert. Leider kam das Geschenk nicht gut an und ich bemühe mich seither vergebens darum, den Kundenservice wegen der Retoure zu erreichen.

Ein Rücksendelabel war nicht im Paket enthalten, per E-Mail erreiche ich niemand und via Instagram wurde mir zwar versprochen, dass sich jemand kümmern wird, allerdings erhalte ich auch seit Tagen keine Antwort mehr.

Die Gewichtsdecke sieht qualitativ sehr wertig aus - der Kundenservice hält jedoch nicht, was er verspricht. Ich befürchte, dass hier auf Verzögerung gesetzt wird, damit die Ware nicht zurückgenommen werden muss.

Aktualisierung:
Nach erneuter Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice per Mail und Instagram wurde mir nun die Rücksendung bestätigt, nach weiterem Bitten dann auch endlich das Rücksendelabel zugeschickt.

I love both the blanket and pillow very much! Absolutely the best weighted blanket I have had. So comfortable and cozy. Great company and great products.

I have ordered several things from Bearaby over the years, and use all of them every single day (or night!) I did order one item that I didn't like, and they took it back and exchanged it with no issues at all. Quality products that work well. Highly recommend this company and anything they sell.

I’ll admit, I thought it was a gimmick at first,a blanket made with natural materials, full of holes, and not exactly cheap. I figured it was just hype. But nope! Maybe in the beginning I was skeptical, but I stuck with it, and wow… this turned out to be the perfect heavy blanket for me.
I sleep under it like one happy, sleepy baby. It did take me over two months to fully get used to it, but now I can’t imagine sleeping without it. I do layer a couple of thin 100% cotton blankets on top, just because the fan I use makes it a little too chilly with only this blanket.
If I had to be picky, the only minor complaint I have is the length....it tends to hang off the sides a bit, so I have to use my sleepy strength to pull it back up. But honestly, it’s not a big deal. I have the 25 lb version, and it’s been worth every ounce.

I bought a Bearaby cooling blanket 3 years ago. It is beautiful, and I have loved it. However, it is now becoming threadbare in many different places. I have followed the websites directions for washing, don’t wash excessively, wash it by itself, and only use it to sleep. I contacted the company and was told it’s normal wear. I would just expect it to last longer. Disappointed.

Ordered this after being in ER and ICU. Has definitely helped with anxiety and upcoming surgery.

Unique products designed to help with self-regulation. We purchased for our Nurture Center working with trauma-affected children. I liked Benji so much, I purchased Remi for myself! When I feel anxious, I pause and hold Remi to my chest and my breathing and heart rate slow and I return to the calm-alert state. My 13-year-old grandson likes him, too. Lovely in every way!

I struggle with sleep and have insomnia, so I decided to bite the bullet and get the queen sized ocean in the natural looking color. I’m not gonna say it’s a magic bullet because I don’t believe anything really is, but I do think it has really helped my sleep or at the very least calms my anxiety a bit at night. I don’t regret my purchase one bit, despite the steep price tag. Even though it’s not usually seen under the covers, I do believe that the open weave help me from getting too hot, and when my linen sheets and duvet are not perfectly made, it’s aesthetically pleasing with an added element of texture on my bed. The only thing I’m concerned about is I’ve owned it just over a month and it’s starting to pill a tiny bit. But that could be due to extra friction since I put it over my flat sheet and under a comforter (I like to be warm!)

I have a king size bearaby blanket. Best blanket that is the most versatile blanket. In the summer it is nice and cool but still hugs you. In the winter put a very light top blanket on and your truly warm. I winter camp and this is the perfect blanket. My wife won't/ can't sleep without it. I'm really hoping to try a smaller size for my couch. Can't say enough about this blanket. It's worth the money. If you're going to buy something do your research and only buy it once. This is that blanket.
