We had a response telling us that they had invoiced us and not been paid etc. They ought not to have invoiced us in the first place for an engineer call out on a brand new machine. They use agency engineers so need to cover call outs. Not good as a customer to have this happen.

Having purchased 2 machines I would never again. After a poor installation of the 2nd machine I have been charged by this company to come and fix the issue. Despite sending in video evidence, countless conversations, an acceptance that there is an issue, they still chase for payment. I really really would go elsewhere. Appalling after sales service and given lots of opportunities to sort the issue. Now back to the manufacturer to resolve.

The items were easy to order and quick to arrive. I was kept informed of the delivery times.

The customer service is spot on. Our delivery was delivered to the wrong address that was DPD fault and bean machines have sorted it out.

We have used Beanmachines as a supplier / service for years. Our Customer Service agent Demie Smylie provides great service, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our coffee machine is promptly fixed (coffee is a human right at work!!) whenever issues arise by ensuring our engineer bookings move up when a slot becomes available for us. Demie is efficient and she always keeps us informed throughout the process. The friendly and professional demeanour of everyone at Beanmachines is always on point!

I still haven’t received a whole box of coffee. I messaged you with no reply. DPD states my parcel is on its way back to me but that was the 14th April

Mark visited us today to install our machine. He was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. He worked around other tradesmen and was tidy with his tools and equipment.

He set up the machine and gave us some basic training.
