Sean was amazing! Did a great job installing the machine and guiding us on how to use the machine.

Really helpful staff tried many coffee companies for repairs and these are the very best there is. Sean is very helpful and professional. They don't rip you off and charge extortionate amounts for call outs. They are a first class service. Would highly recommended

We are using Beanmachines to service our barista style coffee machine and booking in the service has always been a breeze thanks to lovely Dem! Great response time and very accommodating even to last minute changes.

Sean and Katalin are always amazing when coming to service/ repair our coffee machine and giving us their advice on coffees.

We had a fault with our coffee machine so your engineer came out. Since then the machine has not stopped leaking? we did not have this leak before the visit? Also our coffee grinder is secured with a bungie rope to keep it in place during transit (mobile coffee trailer). The bungies were removed from grinder and we were not informed of this? Surely whatever was removed should have been put back in place or at the very least we should have been made aware of it? This caused the grinder to smash on the floor in transit which we have had to repair ourselves. I had no idea the grinder was being looked at as we never reported any fault with it and it did not need any attention.

Sean came to service our coffee machine which required replacement of the group-head seals to accommodate new porta-filters. He was extremely helpful and personable, and took time and care to walk us through many tips for using the machine.
