Delicious coffee selection delivered much faster than expected.
I ordered a selection box of beans to try out on friends and neighbours. Delivery was super-quick and each of three bean options was somebody's favourite. Great products, great service.

Demie is exceptionally helpful
Demie is exceptionally helpful, dealing with all enquiries and queries promptly.
She always attempts to resolve any issues we have, our organisation often requires engineer visits for a set time frame/short notice and this is always accommodated where possible.

The entire process from purchase through planning to install and then installation was very professional. All communication and information provided was clear, concise and easy to follow.

The best coffee
Everyone, we dealt with from start to finish was extremely helpful and took time to explain the different processes, to obtaining the perfect coffee machine for our business.
The instal technician was thorough and patient in his tutorial on how to maintain the unit.
Would highly reccomend.

Friendly and efficient service
Just had our second year machine service carried out by Beanmachines, very happy with the visit. The engineer who visited was friendly and even helped adjust our coffee grinder. We've not used Beanmachines coffee yet but have ordered some samples and will give them a go.
