No communication with order

I never received the item.

You sent me 2 bean bags I did not want. I cancelled them both on the same day I ordered it.(one was sent to my current address and the other to my OLD home address, I have been calling, emailing multiple times and heard NOTHING. Zero customer service. I finally interacted with my bank immediately to stop payment. I also contacted the shipper before sent. I will not pay for either and this company is a joke.

Not fluffy. When you sit on it you are basically sitting on the floor.

Worst experience ever! Reached out three times to try to resolve issues and never heard back. They took my money and wont respond to me. This is a scam of a company.

The Buying process was extremely easy, and the quality of the packaging and product exceeded my expectations!

I ordered my beanbag from Lumaland Beanbag Factory because I care about supporting small American businesses. However, the service this company provided (or failed to provide) went contrary to all my expectations or hopes for such small businesses.

I was excited to receive my order very promptly (within a few days) after placing it online--but I had been sent the wrong order; the packing slip included actually had the name and address of a different customer.

Over the course of two weeks, I attempted to contact Lumaland Beanbag Factory at least six times, via two email addresses, their website's contact form, and their phone number. None of my messages was ever returned. I am left suspecting that Lumaland Beanbag Factory is, in some way, a sham company.

The cost of return shipping for such a large item is prohibitive, and there is apparently no way for me to contact the company to resolve their mistake. I am left with an unwanted product, wasted money, and severe disappointment in a small American business.

Great quality. Fast shipping. One thing to note is that these bags are dense, like a memory foam feeling for the chunks inside. They aren't like those ones I had when I was a kid with tiny balls (which I knew they wouldn't be that). So far, they have been a huge hit with the kids. Maybe it's a slightly less loungy feeling than I was hoping for due to the density, but the kids love them.

The delivery is quick. The bag size is perfect. The bag material is top of the line.

The navy color is not actually navy. The bean bag is comfortable and nice and large. The smell of the foam is still quite potent after a few weeks of having it.

easy ordering, quick shipment. After opening, quick recovery of inflation of inserts. Outer cover filled out nicely. Look forward to giving to grandson for his birthday.

Shipped super quick, easy to set it up and it's just the most comfy thing ever!! There was a slight fishy smell but it wasn't anything drastic and went away fairly quick, but honestly any and all annoyances are quickly forgiven every time I plop down on that sucker!!

We received our order in a timely manner, but the order is incorrect. We have tried to contact the company multiple times by email and through their website over the course of the past 10 days and we have received no response at all.

The bean bag itself is great, but the box it came in had a completely ripped side. Thankfully it was protected inside a bag.
