Always working & easy to use especially with the app & price offers.
Only issue I have is the distance between vehicles & charging bays but this seems to be the same with other companies when side by side on supermarkets or stores.
It's to easy to catch the charging port door covers of other vehicles when plugging in to charge & obviously this can cause damage to there vehicle & leaving you out of pocket to have it repaired.
This is also the case because the bays are quite dark so it makes it even harder to see dark vehicles charging door when they are open.
How you address this I honestly don't know with already established stations.

I am one of the many millions who are disadvantaged because we do not live in a house with a driveway.
because of this I look at all the charging companies and look for the best deal.
Before BE took over the MER sites this year (Mer were to expensive) I used either Tesco or Source on there 22kw sites and left my car for 3hrs
Since your takeover I have signed up to the £13.99 offer and 39p per kw you offer
Bournemouth has many BE sites and I now use you exclusively.
However I continue to look at he offers available.
It would be good if special rates were available to people like me.
