High performance chargers & quality phone support
Electricity outlets are very high spec & great performance plus, the support line is very good too. They’re always available to talk though any issues.

Poor Changing 1.5kw
Why I’ve given you two stars because the charging is extremely poor 1.5kw my car can do 6.6kw I rang somebody the other day and complained and still nothing has been done

Overall the service is generally good
Overall the service is generally good. However, I often experience times when a charging space says it's occupied when it clearly is not. There's also times when I plug into an available space and it fails to charge, then when I try to retry it says the space is occupied/unavailable. As a disabled person this can be very frustrating. But when it works I'm very happy with the service.

Good charging experience
On a recent long journey, a charger was available whenever I needed one and I was happy with the charge rate. Also very happy with cost as I had received an offer. Thank you 👍😊

Always working & easy to use especially with the app & price offers.
Only issue I have is the distance between vehicles & charging bays but this seems to be the same with other companies when side by side on supermarkets or stores.
It's to easy to catch the charging port door covers of other vehicles when plugging in to charge & obviously this can cause damage to there vehicle & leaving you out of pocket to have it repaired.
This is also the case because the bays are quite dark so it makes it even harder to see dark vehicles charging door when they are open.
How you address this I honestly don't know with already established stations.
