Delivery as promised

great product

For myself the only reason for not giving 5 stars is the phone and email support can be improved. it is hard to get timely responses

Well packed and very fresh! Good deal too.

The delivery date was moved and I have to chase the customer support to get an update. And it was delayed two days later. I stayed home the day it was supposed to be delivered on so fish won’t melt. Very inconsiderate.
The weight was less than ordered.
They used to be very good. I was not satisfied with the service this time around

Wouldn’t recommend their delivery service. had to clear my whole day to be at home for the large delivery window then the delivery was cancelled and had to be rescheduled to a different day - they said they would freeze all the product (already not ideal) to keep things fresh. then on the day-of turns out one product (uni) was not actually frozen and I feel the quality was a bit questionable as a result for something that is supposed to be eaten raw.

Love the new pre-order system. Got an email my order was ready earlier than expected which was a nice bonus. Spot prawns were delicious as always.

The prawns were not very lively, almost dead, some actually were and didn’t taste super fresh. I’ve ordered from them before, but this time it’s not up to standard. Disappointed and will order from eatfish.ca instead next time.

Pre-ordering was easy. Short wait at pickup. Most of the prawns were good but we had a handful of dead ones in our 4lb order, but no big deal. The rest were great and lively!

I was a little disappointed that the sockeye salmon fillets were not delivered on the date specified; they were delivered a day later. As well, the fillets were not whole fillets but rather approximately 8 inch length sections of fillets.
On the other hand, the product was excellent. After defrosting, the fillets were very fresh tasting, and since they were sashimi grade, could be cooked to a lower temperature for serving.

It is just pure amazing!

I love the quality of the fish. Service was prompt and friendly. However, my order was incomplete, and have had no response from them regarding the missing item. I sent a text and an email.

Fresh frozen and easy to find. Prawns were a decent size and enough of them to feel we had a good feed between the three of us.
