First of all terrible communication through email only, very vague answers, still haven't revived my product. They do not understand they are in the proposal business or they simply don't care, "expedited order fee' is a scam, poor craftsmanship because as they told me "gem was falling out", go to a real jeweler and don't waste your time

The ring is truly beautiful and customer service is very responsive. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the delivery times on the website didn't match what actually happened, which can be sensitive regarding engagement processes. Other than that, I would definitively buy here again

The time it took to get the ring was reasonable..no complaints there. The ring itself didn't resemble the picture of the ring that encouraged me to purchase it. The ring I received just seemed lack-luster and the stones seemed smaller than expected. I don't want to rate poor, but I almost did. I don't think I'll buy jewelry online again.

Very beautiful ring. Looks exactly like what I wanted, a little smaller of a ring than I expected so it is very hard to see the engraving or I probably wouldn't have added that on if I knew I could barely see it. Other than that very beautiful and it came in about month from placing my order!👍🏼👍🏼

I was a little worried when I placed my order, because I read some pretty bad reviews... but I decided to proceed because this was the only jeweler I could find that had what I wanted (and I have been looking a long time)! So I placed my order, marked three weeks on my calendar and waited. On the three week marker, I emailed a status inquiry and was told my order had just shipped and was given a tracking number. I received my ring 48 hours later. Shipping package was just fine. The ring box was lovely, and the ring itself was even more beautiful that the photos online. I am so impressed with the craftsmanship and stone quality!
