Absolutely gorgeous and worth the 1 month wait!

Customer service was responsive and prompt when asking for updates. Ring was beautiful and of admirable quality.

Had this ring bookmarked for months as I awaited the day I could finally purchase it as an engagement set. It said it would take 2 to 3 weeks and I purchased it a month in advance to be sure to give a cushion for shipping. I had planned my entire engagement with friends and family and got every single piece for it except the most important part: The ring. I asked for an update in the middle of week two to see how it was going and if it would be done by the date I needed it. I didn't get a response for two days before they told me it wouldn't be done by the time I needed it and that there was nothingthey could do about it. It was such a huge disappointment to have the ring bookmarked for months and then be met with this kind of customer service once it was purchased. No one reached out to tell me about the influx of orders that may or may not impact their ability to get it to me within two to three weeks. Where I work, I'm expected to ship and meet those deadlines and, if I can't, I have to contact the customer to keep them informed. You would think that a company that makes these kinds of rings, for a pretty big chunk of money for some people, that they would keep in contact and be honest and upfront when it comes to being a part of such a big moment in someone's life. That wasn't the case. I appreciated that they offered to expedite the ring once it was done and to let me know when the ring was done but they never actually told me that it was done and I nearly missed it when it came in the door at my office. My fiance was so kind to me about the ring not arriving on time and loves the ring now that she has it, but she deserved to have the ring on the day that I asked. That's what I paid for and I didn't receive that. Make sure if you purchase from this company you give them at least 6 weeks regardless of what they tell you. The rings are beautiful but now whenever I see it, I'll always remember how disappointed I was about the entire situation and how it was handled.

The ring that came in is not the one I ordered. It is on the ring ordered initially but I changed that order to another ring and paid the difference between them. The ring quality looks fine overall but the way it was packaged in the mail was not good at all. The box was stuffed in a flat rate envelope and it was bent and nearly open at the top. Also, while the package states that it is tracked and insured I was never given a tracking number in regards to the package to let me even know that it was coming and when it would come.

I have to give credit where credit is due. BBB Gem did an amazing job on my order! I couldn’t be happier honestly with the end result. From Quality to fit and finish just a beautiful job all around. I hope it last a really long time so I’m happy to leave a follow up review later down the line. Now I will say communication with them is a bit tough and can be very frustrating since it’s only via Email. They do respond within a day normally but still frustrating in my opinion. Also! Be very very very patient on time frame. They are hand made so it takes awhile which I learned the hard way but they kept in touch even sent progress photos. All in all I’m happy and would definitely recommend to anyone but be patient rushing them won’t get you far. Hope this helps thanks BBB Gem!! Sorry but BBGEM was a horrible experience. They guaranteed a 7-10 day delivery so I ordered a piece of jewelry in plenty of time for it to arrive by Christmas. I just received it today....almost halfway through January. I would suggest to avoid this company.

This company is not the best for customer service. Their return policy is poor. It says on their website "30 day gaurantee, No questions asked". I asked for a return, first thing they did is ask why...... so dumb. There is a restock fee of about 10%. And you have to ship yourself. If you exhange they told me that there is no returns or exchanges allowed......come on now. Still waiting for exchanged ring.

The box the first ring came in was too"business grey" in my opinion. The descriptions of the rings on the site unfortunately have poor grammar and vague descriptions. It mentioned no where that the first ring i ordered was a two ring set.

I absolutely LOVE my ring. It’s made to perfection and was done so quickly! I am very happy with my purchase. Everyone asks me where I got my engagement ring because they think it’s so unique.

Rings are great, but shipping times are way to slow. Expect a minimum of 2 weeks for shipping. Definitely should switch to FedEx or UPS. From purchase to arrival it took about 6 weeks.
