Ordered an engagement ring and it never arrived. Contacted customer support and they said it was still on its way. This was months ago and still no ring. Absolute scam of a site, do not trust.

I'm currently living in Japan and couldn't find the engagement ring I was looking for, after weeks of searching I finally found it. I was nervous since it was in the USA and I had no idea how long it would take to get here, especially with the pandemic going on at the moment, but Bbbgem came through. The staff was super helpful and the emails between us were comfortable and casual, they confirmed everything before starting the order, and the entire process up untill delivery didnt take more than 3 weeks. I mean, less that 3 weeks to create the perfect ring and securely send it from the US to a small town in the middle of Japan during C19, amazing! I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
