At the beginning of December a charge came out from this company that I didn't make. Since then yall told me I would get a refund yet over a month later nothing has been done and we are about to file a lawsuit on yall for theft if my money isn't back into my account today

Customer service was great. Products were quality.

Had gone thru local dispensary -was disappointing..NO POTENCEY!! I believe ALL GUMMIES ARE GARBAGE! Have eaten 1/2 dozen of 1600 mg gummies… made me sleep a little better but still NO REAL EFFECT!!Started online shopping went thru at least 10 different purchases of different buds & until I found “Diamonds”& your “OG Champ” & “Snow Capz” did I discover some potency!! But smoking a joint or wood pipe still was not doing it..needed more heat for DIAMONDS to really cook.Bought a Torch Type Lighter/Pipe combo Pen that runs off butane & w/bowl overtop & inhale tip over that.3 HITS W/OG CHAMP W/DIAMONDS sprinkled overtop was probably THE BEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN many years. I STAND BY YOUR SMOKEABLE PRODUCT !!!

I enjoyed the 1st deal with the free 8th. But, I just received my 1st membership script and...I'm not that impressed. My 1 gram live resin, tasted burnt, didn't taste anything like skittles. My prerolls were dry and had runs, while trying to enjoy. I had to wet the side that was running so I could try to enjoy. And my flowers were dry and disheartening taste. The one thing I enjoyed was the edible. And last, I put in a rush for my 1st scripted order, and it still came late after, Christmas. And I figured I would've been compensated for more than just a refund on my shipping fee.

Their shipping is a scam. They say it takes 1-3 days to process a product then ship it out. Meaning if you pay $10 extra for priority mail, you are still going to get your product in 5-7 days instead 1-3. I believe they take our priority shipment money and send as regular mail. Other companies don't have this problem, but for some reason this company always has an excuse.

Came quickly. Solid price. Solid product. Will undoubtedly buy again. Looking forward to trying some of their solvent-less concentrates. Stuff like that is hard to find at a decent price where I’m at.

Each time I order from this company I pay for 1 to 3 day shipping... each time it arrives NO SOONER then 1 week. Stop offering services you cant honor!!!

I ordered on the dec 2nd not its the 12th an my package is still just setting at confirmed they never want to answer an Emil they contacted me Tuesday saying they was behind on orders due to thanksgiving wich was like 2 weeks before this shit just doesn't make any sense I ordered when they was giving of free stuff for cyber monday the free stuff wasn't put in my cart had to contact about that an then prove that the promo was going on they add the free stuff to it but now they won't actually ship it out

OMG! First what I thought was super awesome is my product came in a regular box for delivery. It was well packaged. It came within the time frame that was stated. I was worried bcus it was 2 weeks before Christmas 2025. But it arrived on time. Now about the product it self. I am an experience smoker of cannabis. But what caught my eye and I won't lie. Is how fresh and clean this marijuana smelled. It was truly an experience. I bought the small buds and I still got the same effect I would have with regular size buds. That being said. Please by all means support this company. Super Super cool. And on top of that. I received a free gift of 3.5 of the brand I ordered.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.......I am writing to express my severe disappointment with my recent order and the subsequent customer service experience, which I would rate as zero stars if possible.

It appears your company ran a sale it was incapable of handling. After placing my order, I received an email stating that because my order was larger, fulfillment would exceed the initially selected 1–3 day timeframe.

After waiting a week for a response, I was informed you were running behind due to the Thanksgiving holiday and was asked if I still wanted the order. I replied affirmatively, provided you could offer an estimated time of arrival (ETA). I clearly stated that if an ETA could not be provided, I would have no choice but to cancel. Instead of offering the requested ETA, my order was canceled.

As a manager at a small company, I found this customer service experience to be completely unacceptable. The professional way to handle a delay due to high volume is to provide the customer with an accurate ETA, allowing them to make the final decision regarding cancellation.

The inability to communicate properly or fulfill orders in a timely manner is concerning. I am thoroughly unimpressed with your company's operations
