Really enjoying the subscription box, great products and always a lovely experience.

The bud is decent, it really depends on your tolerance and the strains you pick. My review is about the lack of options when it comes to shipping. They only offer USPS. In my area USPS is highly inefficient and im often waiting longer than expected. Last order I paid for priority thinking it'd make a difference. Absolutely not. I've been waiting over a week and a half for bud coming from 2 states away. Carrier pigeon would be faster at this point. @ Bay kindly offer you customers more than one shipping option. USPS screw ups be it your fault or not forces people to look elsewhere to avoid the shipping nightmare that is USPS. PS the post office called me today to come pick up my stuff because they're too short staffed to guarantee redelivery before the weekend. Pure trash I tell ya.

I really haven’t had any bad experiences so far other than my current packages is 3 days late but we also just got 6 inches of snow and ice so can’t blame that on them

Ordered 14 grams of thca diamonds got 12 grams of powder and a few little pieces. Tried smoking them didn't get much effect so I had to turn it into edibles and that didn't do a whole lot either.

I ordered 2 ounces of the Banana skittlz and an ounce of permanent marker micros.it tool them a week to even ship the order, and once it arrived on ~20th, I had only gotten half of what I paid for. They initially responded to an email asking for a resolution, but they have since stopped all correspondence. The product is actually really good, but the customer service, reliability, and shipping times make it just not worth it imo. This isn't even the first time they shorted me, last time they sent me half my rosin pucks completely empty. I wanna say they think they are slick, but maybe there's problem somewhere in the logistics that tell them you only ordered half of what you did, but I kinda doubt it.

Horrible company. I bought shake off them. Turnt out to be trim when I received my package. Tried contacting them, went, .ghost. Understand this place does not care bout there customers. They'll rip you off so quick your head will spin.
Not to mention there flower taste the same.
No matter the strain. Buy more than one an test your self

I recently placed a order on the 8th it is now the 16th and haven't received what I purchased or even got a actual reply concerning my order this isn't the first time I placed a purchase and gotten blatantly ignored if you read this save your money it's not worth it

Fast and friendly service. Had a question about something and they answered it within a short amount of time.

They almost always send stuff with issues and beat around the bush about fixing it and usually just try to screw you out of your freebies in orders that get them because they almost always don’t work and refuse replacements or a refund.

every time i order from baysmokes, they product is fine. But not once in the past five months have they processed my order in under a week which is genuinely insane, they used to be reliable but i will probably just find somewhere else to get my weed from
