Great products, smokes great. However the shipping times really make no sense whatsoever. I always order on every other Wednesday, and it is now Saturday and it still has not been shipped out. I've noticed that even the slightest "holiday" from the fourth of July to cyber Monday, the entire staff must get several days off because packages usually ship the Monday-Tuesday of the next week when this happens. I often expect my shipments on Saturday, so this is pretty frustrating during these seasons. If this company is reading this, I recommend not giving your employees mini vacations whenever order traffic is high.

Love bay smokes! Really fresh Flowers! But using the points are a bit challenging because if you put stuff in your cart and add points and can’t finish until later it says you’ve used your points. When I try redo your purchase.. a bit frustrating but I MUST SAY customer service is AWESOME!

Really great made every day a little easier

Honestly usually I have a good experience with this company . But I ordered something a week ago and it says shipping label created awaiting package if problems contact original shipper but when I messaged you guys you said that USPS already has the package and if I didn't receive updates in a couple business days you would send a complimentary replacement was hoping to have my package by now though hence why I ordered when I did I'm just getting a lot of run arounds. And to top it off I even paid the 10 dollars for faster shipping... Just disappointed and irritated at this point . I have been trying to get a replacement or a refund for the last 4 days amd no one will even message me back now

When I first purchased from Bay I was a bit skeptical about quality at the prices I was seeing. I must admit that I have been seriously impressed with the quality of all products that I have received and look forward to working with them in the future.

Great product, very happy with it. Only complaint is I paid 51 dollars because I got 1-3 day shipping and it took 5 days to get here. Otherwise, phenomenal product, service, and ease-of-use on the website.

I wouldn't even give these people o e star. I placed my order and waited from monday to Thursday that week without hearing anything so I emailed them just for them to say my ordered item was out of stock but yet I was able to purchase it at the time. They proceeded to not email me back and I emailed them again saying that I demanded a refund and they only wanted to replace my item. Once again I asked for a refund and they said oh we shipped it. So here I am waiting on my package a week and a half later and all I wanted was a $32 refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM BAYSMOKES. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SKEEZEBALL BUMS PRETENDING TO BE A "LEGAL DISPENSARY" GTFOH

I stop getting stuff because always is something with the order so I guve up trying to get my stuff I ok with my lost but never again

i just didn't get everything it said it came with my order my package was basically not true on what is displayed on what comes in the package.

They are always reliable, this is involving the products they sell and their customer service. They have a very wide selection of products. The prices aren't bad at all and they have great deals when you sign up and get emails for discounts.
