Whenever I pay for express shipping, it generally means I’ll receive the product in 1-3 days. I ordered on Wednesday night, paid and got express (1-3 days max) and they sent it in 5 days anyway. Now expected Monday, do better with your shit company.

I placed an order on Feb 26, 2026 March 5, 2026 a week later I still have not received a tracking number email that it was shipped but they charged my card then when I emailed them six times in a row not one reply for a whole week matter of fact today is march 15, 2026 and still no kind of correspondence from the company you called the number they won't answer you email. They will not answer but they will charge your card then they have a chat bot that's supposed to be answered 24 seven like the emails but when I got on the chat, but the Chatbot asked me for my order number I gave them my order number then they asked me for screenshots to prove so I sent them a screenshots then the chat box go ask me for my payment information my credit card number billing ZIP Code and the three digit number on the back. Why do y'all need my payment information when you've already got your money you've already charged my card a week ago that's a scam that's shady and it's been two weeks and I still haven't got any kind of correspondence from the company to apologize for any inconvenience or anything.

I ordered my package on the 5th they didn't pull the money to the 6 and now it is day the 13th March 13th 2026 and I still haven't received my package I'm trying to figure out if this company is any good I got my free package within 3 days and I paid for insurance to make sure that the box gets here so I'm kind of wondering where's my package

I've loved your company. I've been ordering from you for over a year. I order a lot of stuff. I've always gotten my stuff in 3 to4 business days and I now know, don't know what's going on with your shipping. But last time I order, it took 9 days to get here and now on a day 11. I ordered February 26th and it's now being sent out to me after. I've been told on the tracking that it's on its way. It's going to Louisiana Tennessee. All these places that's never gone to before. Now. I'm sitting on day 11, and they're just saying they're sending my stuff out. Now the shipping department has gone to shit. I loved your products. But I will be probably going elsewhere.

Well, where do I start the first couple times II bought from it took forever to get here. The marijuana Burns up fast. It's dry then order it again and they can't even ship it to me, they just take my money and won't give me a refund or won't give me horrible company. I don't even know if they're a company.

I absolutely loved this company, I promoted to so many people with just word of mouth n wearing their shirts (so nothing in it for me) N I have faithfully ordered a couple times a month for well over a year, until now!! My last few orders have been sent later n later, This time, 1 week after not even getting a shipping number and knowing that 2 other people that ordered the day after I did had already received shipping numbers and their product was almost to them, I sent a text message. They had the nerve to tell me that of the 8 different products that I ordered none were in stock. So with that, I stewed over the weekend, and when I looked it up on Monday and Tuesday, it still showed that those were items that were available and not out of stock.So when I reached out to them again (with once again no response) I decided It was time to just cancel my order n go thru another company for future orders..But suddenly Within minutes, I had a tracking number, lo and behold, ALL 8 products were in stock at that time and were able to be shipped.But that wasn't before they tried to give me a bogus shipping number the first time as well so I called them out on it n got another that actually worked, but this one says the REST of my order, when in reality its all of my order which ive never had happen.. I should be getting my product today hopefully!! So I guess what i'm saying is rather than just apologize for their mistake or because I sent a message asking about my product that I spent over $200 on I was just completely lied to and I'll never understand why.. I loved this company very much too so for anyone who cares enuf with the company to atleast apologize or doesn't believe me?I do have all my receipts!!

Okay, so I started Ordering stuff from Bay smokes about 8 months ago and just recently stopped but here's why. From my many orders I've come to realize that smaller packs seem to be better quality than bulk items. An ounce or less then you'll get the best quality available. My personal experience with bulk has been way less pleasant than small orders, I ordered 2 distinct flavors of flower horchata and space junky they are very different strains but they both have the same terp profile and nose. I contacted baysmokes customer support and was connected with a guy named frank, who asked me to send some pics of the order which I provided. This was 2 months ago and still haven't heard back from anyone. I'm down $650 and that's why I'll never do business here again.

Ps. I have money it's not about the money!
