The original gift I ordered was…replaced with a different gift.
The original gift I ordered was delivered to Auckland hospital but never made it to the recipient. When I called the company was happy to replace it which I appreciated. The replacement gift was delivered but was not the gift I had ordered. I had ordered primarily chocolates but the replacement gift had honey crackers and olive oil. So while I appreciate the replacement my satisfaction is less than it would have been had the correct gift been delivered as a replacement.

I am sorry we didn't meet your expecatations but I am afraid the deliveries to hospital are hard and unfortunately someone decided to take the gift you tried to send which is mean spirited and tough on both of us.
Problem with order and shipment received
The hampers are Christmas gifts so not opened yet. There was a problem as I ordered two identical products but only one was sent. When I contacted Batenburgs by email the response was quick with the missing item supplied.

I had a specific dietary requirement for one of the boxes in my order, and it was easily accommodated. I was happy to receive my order much sooner than expected.

A repeat client, I am satisfied with Batenburgs service and products
I have used Batenburgs repeatedly for several years. I have family in New Zealand and birthdays and Christmas I send flowers and or gifts. Their service and quality is excellent. I always request family to send me pics of the delivered items to ascertain whether I have received value for money ie that what is delivered matches the item ordered from the Batenburgs site. I am satisfied that it is commensurate with my expectaions and my wallet.

As for the delivery date we do strive to deliver as close to your desired date as possible but always err on the side of caution especially at this time of year with the couriers getting so busy, and we prefer to be slightly early than late.
