Beautifully packaged gift box. Decent amount of items enclosed for the (sale) price. I'd chosen the Epic Hamper and unfortunately there was only one or two Epic beers in it-not sure why that was? It would also be convenient if couriers could deliver on Saturdays-often there's no one at home during the week.
I would use this company again.

The contents of the delivered gift were in good condition but arrived too late.

The ordering process was very good.
The delivery was terrible, due mainly to NZPost. I appreciate that the final delivery is out of your hands, but you must be able to apply some pressure or offer a courier delivery if the address seems complicated. In this case, the 65th birthday parcel had to be picked up by the recipient a week after the date of the event, which was anticlimactic and reduced the surprise of the delivery on the date. Just sending the gift to NZ Post for delivery does not constitute 'delivery' as described on your site.
