Very bad casino .I lost too much because you can't do withdrawal straight away .they give you just 400euro after 48 hours and bonus?yes of course they give you but money which you winn from bonus you can't cash out .they said is bonus money is not your .how terrible is that.i'm not gonna play anymore in my life this casino .I been play every day like crazy and spent 1000 and 1000£ but I'm done

refused a withdrawal even though i have withdrawn before, need to upload documents again even though i have already done twice before, now they have 200 quid that i cant get.

Absolutely awful, you are allowed to deposit money using your bank account , then go through hoops to get verified. Once thats done they will NOT let you withdraw into your bank but have to have a Mastercard! So if you don't owe much on your credit card your gubbed!

Absolutely shocking... You can't withdraw. They request ID, you meet their requirements then if you don't have a mastercard you still cant withdraw. Site should be shut down!!

No licence advertise on Facebook.To be honest , facebook should take responsibility for letting these Advertise with no Licence. Probably one of the worst casinos you will ever play on.You will get plenty of bonus money off them.But the games do not play

It easy to withdraw once u done all your paperwork and it's good winning and u can only draw £400 at a time it take 24 hrs to 36hrs but it's very good company and customer service it very good 👍

This site is pure scam,they give you lots of winnings money but nun you won't able to withdraw.Even if they approve your withdrawal your bank declined the money,it means I had tried more than 8times all of them is declined by bank.When you contact customer service they would say that they are really sorry and next time it would come to your bank,but reality is it's never comes!.

Massive con… tried to with draw 400 euros to an account - it got rejected - was told it was and error and to try again to try again to another account - but would take another 36 hrs… play some of it down ended up withdrawing 250 - it’s got rejected again to another one of my bank accounts - was told to try again again - tried to my third and final bit have to wait 36hrs again (no doubt will be rejected)

No point in in talking to customer services / I have 101 correspondence with them via email and each one is a contradiction of the other - also was appointed an ‘Account Manager’ Nick Mall (apparently) who is clever and argues with you that they’re not a scam casino and offers no help at all - he’s clever and sarcastic with his replies

AWFUL SITE!!!
Had €300 and went to withdraw it & kept getting rejected. Eventually ended up playing it all back and won nothing (didn’t even get a bonus) on any of the games. Since then I’ve done €600 in 2 days and NOT ONE SINGLE BONUS!!!!
Asked customer service how this is acceptable & all she said was ‘it will come’ 🤣🤣🤣🤣 never known a site like it. £2 spins and it’s just dead spin after dead spin. Awful site won’t be using it again.
