Not sure why so many 1* reviews, obviously not following what they ask as I’ve had no issues. Opened a Skrill account and send all the necessary documents. Been withdrawing €400 the past week or so with no issues. Had €2000ish so far after an 8k win, continuing to win bonuses. 4* due to the withdrawal limit and some games not working.

Keep well away from this site I've spent hundreds of pounds on here with no returns. Told them to close my account but it doesn't close because you can just click a button to reopen your account. I've even tried to exclude myself from this site but according to them they can't do that. This site is the worst site I've ever been on it's a con and a joke😡😡

I put £20 on their site just for fun, to play some games. I made over £100, but couldn’t cash out less than £150. When you add money you can add with any card, vut to withdraw it must be a mastercard. And now everyday they keep calling me to take me back into their shite site. Worst online casino. I asked them everyday to delete my phone number, but they keep calling me everyday

Please please stay away from this company. Winning isn't a problem withdrawing is definitely not in their interest I have twice had balances with nice wins over €4000 but at €400 a time to withdraw this will take weeks also guess what like many others technical issues took me over a week to receive just one payment they also do not take it off your balance hoping you spend it again this is what they hope you do I got so brassed off with having to beg for my winnings that I literally wrote over £3000 off just so I could close my account I had to verify my identity more than once and like I've said getting money out is almost impossible excuse after excuse also hundreds of emails saying you've won this and that when you havnt just to get you on the site they are praying on vulnerable people and they don't have a licence in the UK to bet so be warned don't just take my word but check all the other reviewers you will then get the jist and if your happy to win and not get paid carry on but that's the choice you make be warned

Total rip off , Please don't go on it , at first you get good wins but it is impossible to withdraw, I am a Ex gambler and I fell in their trap ,and now it's knocked all my hard work to not gamble down the drain ,back to therapy for me ,

Scam site taken my money I didant want to use there service due to mentke health and I made a mistake joining they would not refund me and forced me into wagering saying I can with draw after. After this experience they turned around and increase my wagering. I did have a win but they would not let me with draw. They forced me to gamble and ever with money left on the acount they forced my acount down. They do not own a uk gambling license and it is illegal. They copied there site from another site called basswin there is basswin.uk and basswin.org they look the same but are difffent DO NOT USE I LOST MY MONEY BECAUSE OF THEM THEY ARE A SCAM AND FRUAD AND USING LITTLE LOOP HOLES YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED BY THESE.

You can deposit money using any card but when you want to withdraw money only Mastercard cards are permitted , this if you can request a withdrawal because the verification documents are practically impossible to provide, they will refuse all the documents you will send… If you want to save your money don’t even bother depositing on this scam platform.

I was blind and read reviews and thought everyone just didn’t win anything and got mad but I won over €1200 and after constantly uploading documents and getting rejected time and time again just so they delay the process longer for you to put more money into the game finally after documents were approved I tried to withdraw and you can only do that via Mastercard at only €400 each time which jumps out really quick. No understanding as to why but “to streamline services” which is total bs! All my $3000 was deducted down to €700 randomly and was told it’s against it’s a violation to bet over $2 after a bonus which you win €4-€10 then if you win €2000 with your own money all of it will be deducted they will do anything to not pay out. Thankfully you don’t lose a lot of money as you don’t bet a whole lot but it’s a waste of time gives you a false sense of hope. They’re big time scammers also the fact the owner and site has hidden their location. But I know they are from Lithuania.PLEASE DONT USE!

This is a fake casino site it only takes and never lets you withdraw and if so only by Mastercard at £400 I got lucky in the football that’s how I know it won’t let you withdraw . It’s overly generous winning with fake slots by Russian hackers stole my identity and within minutes someone tried to access my bank account . Cancelled all my id and bank ….. fake reviews even some negative ….. first fake site I have come across not regulates or licensed stay away

I had to wager 3x to withdraw I won and got myself upto £183 I withdraw it didn't come off the site but had to tip the manager 10 just to withdraw never known a site like it ppl need stay away and a void it definitely fake site

Tried once and terrible so closed account now I get a message every day from a named messed not a number with no opt out. So for the the rest of my life that are going to message every day
