Unfortunately it is clear by the reviews on this page who writes them. Don’t be trapped. CHATGPT this company who will explain, the withdrawal policy is 400 euros every 6 days if you’re lucky. The money also remains in your balance. This alone evidences how they want you to loose your money in this period, which most do. Those who don’t will then try to withdraw but, no doubt be “investigated” and the very vague terms and conditions allow them to take your money. Some small wins may get paid, this is to keep customers and let them loose more in time. It also helps them lure others in. Imagine winning a good amount of money and even if they ever did allow you to withdraw, how much time it would take at €400 every week. YEARS, by which point they will be closed, you would have lost it or forgotten. They know this, they would not allow you to withdraw this anyway but, even if they did that’s the outcome. I have read alot of bad reviews about this site but giving an honest review here I have been able yo win and deposit many times, and to makes things better I have a nice person who works for them emailing me making sure everything is OK and he speeds up my deposits so honestly I have had a good experience with this site

My experience with BassWin was extremely frustrating and concerning.

I deposited £60 and won €111. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, my withdrawal requests were repeatedly rejected without clear explanation. The process started on 21 February 2026 and for weeks I was unable to withdraw my money.

During verification I provided every document requested by the casino: my ID, driving licence, proof of address and even a photo of my Lloyds bank card. Despite sending all documents, my withdrawals were still rejected several times.

Another very worrying issue was that my personal details inside the account suddenly appeared incorrect. My surname and date of birth were changed in the system and I could not correct them myself because these fields are locked for players. I had to contact support and wait again for explanations.

The whole process looked like a deliberate delay of the withdrawal. Each time there was another problem, another request or another rejection.

Eventually the payment was completed, but only after multiple rejected withdrawals, repeated verification and weeks of waiting for a relatively small amount of money.

This experience was extremely stressful and unnecessary. A simple withdrawal should never take weeks and require so many repeated attempts.

Because of this experience I strongly recommend that other players be very careful before using this casino and read all reviews first.

I thought the site has some really good games and is easy to deposit. They offer great bonuses, it really has potential to be a good site.

The reason for the 1 star is they havent allowed me the withdraw ever 😅 firat it was verifaction reasons which is fine. I sorted all that. But now they just send the same email everytime blamming 'tenichal issues' ... as i have mentioned in emails to the company should this be sorted and me able to withdraw id happily give this a high rating but the main reason i play on gambling sites is to win money but that doesnt seem possible here.

Does not let you withdraw. Keeps your money in the balance so you play it. The withdrawal rate is so long. The amount money you put on get nothing back. The loyal customer bonus are rubbish and chat can never give a straight answer. Don't waste your money

I've been playing on bass win for a while, received a few payments and then the problems started. 3 payments totalling €600 never made it too my bank. Did everything they asked, up to date statements showing payments hadnt gone through, letter from the bank , more statements and every time I did what they asked they came up with something else I needed to do. Extremely unhelpful. my bank advised doing a forward trace but they said they couldn't do that without the relevant paperwork from the bank, which the bank cannot provide. Went round and round in circles for months, have given up of ever getting the payments. Stay well away from this site

I have over £2000 in my account from a £20 deposit...ive gone through hoops trying to verify my account,they keep making excuses saying documents are not readable...bollocks,they are perfect..have a good mind to jump on a plane and find their head office with all my details.
