Can't withdraw on here unless it's mastercard which i don't have. They tell you to open a shrill account. I've only deposited 20 so not too bothered. Won't be doing it again

Now I've read alot of the reviews and I'm a player with Basswin. Here are the facts, mostly from Victor in quality assurance.

The €400 limit is apparently down to the banks rejecting payments any larger from them. I'd never heard such rubbish, that a bank didn't want money, so I asked Victor to name one such bank, just one bank that refuses to accept payments over €400. Unfortunately he couldn't name one. I wasn't surprised.

Withdrawals usually do take 36 hours. However I have recently exchanged 16 emails with Basswin Customer Support in 1 hour. Now Basswin wouldn't tell me how many Withdrawals they process in a day, but it's in the hundreds. All that tells me is it's no where near 1000. So there is no real reason for such a delay. I was assured that Withdrawals are processed in the order they are received and as quickly as it can be done. I raised a complaint with Jake - one of the managers and a payment was done within minutes, so I immediately made my second Withdrawal request and it was 36 hours.

Now there doesn't seem to be many winners on here, but I won a small amount. So you have the Withdrawal limit, but they automatically add a €25 tip to each of your Withdrawals. So a €2100 win would take (36hrs x 6 Withdrawals of €400) that's over a week to get your money and they automatically add €150 in tips for themselves. Oh you can ask them to remove the automate tip, but you'll be told no of course. Come on, you knew that already!

If you deposit £200 and have a win - please don't think you can withdraw it. You have to bet either 3 or 5 times the amount you deposit. So you would have to wager either €600 or €1000 before you can make a withdrawal. Also you can't withdraw amounts less than €100.

I hope you are keeping up. Quick recap. Bet 3 or 5 times the amount you deposit. Withdraw over €100 but no more than €400 and on each withdrawal Basswin automatically adds €25 tip which they cannot reduce or remove.

Now I play roulette. I was betting on 28 and 29 over and over for about 15-20 spins without problem. Gradually increasing my bet to get a return on my money should 28 or 29 be the winning result. Now I can accept 28/29 might not come in, but the first time my bet was rejected - you guessed it 28 landed. So I go on the chat and they want proof. Screenshots of my bet, the rejection pop up, the result and the game ID. Now because the bet is returned to the player there is no record of the game and they can't look into it. So I lost out. The chap suggested I videoed my game play, but my bet was returned, so you all know it, I was fobbed off.

Documents are fun a part. They want everything, driving licence, passport, bank statements, photos of your card, photos of you holding your ID etc etc. But they just keep rejecting it. I uploaded my images so many times. When I spoke with my manager Jake, he suggested I email him my photo of me holding my card. I sent him the same image I send to the support team. Jake said he could read everything fine and pushed it through and I was verified. They only verify you if you make a withdrawal.

Now the good part. I play a few rounds of roulette, I enjoy the game, it seems fair. I've won a little bit of money (getting the money if difficult) but I've had a few wins, but watch out for the rejected bets.

I have to say once I've got my money, I won't be playing this site again. It's painful trying to get your money back off them.

Finally, if you want to try and protect that money that has to sit live in your account just itching to be played with, you are out of luck. Even when you make a €400 withdrawal, you can still bet that €400 and if you only had €399 in your account after 36 hours, you withdraw will get rejected. You'd have to make another withdrawal for €399 and wait another 36 hours again.

I recently deposited £40 on Basswin Casino for a bit of fun, and over the course of a couple of days, I managed to win a total of £2,860. After completing all required verifications and even taking out a virtual credit card, I was finally ready to withdraw.

However, I quickly realized that withdrawals are capped at £400 per transaction with a minimum withdrawal of £100, which is already a red flag. My first withdrawal attempt was rejected, and soon after, my account was accused of "cheating." Without any proper explanation, they removed all but £40 from my account, essentially wiping my winnings.

When I contacted their customer service, I was told that I breached their terms by exceeding a £2 bet limit—something I was completely unaware of. At times, I had placed bets between £2 and £10 and purchased bonuses, which is standard on many casino sites. When I questioned their reasoning and accused them of scamming me, they hung up on me.

This is blatant theft, and I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. It's outrageous that they operate with genuine slots yet manipulate their terms to avoid paying out winnings. Luckily, I only lost £40, but the principle of it is infuriating.

Avoid this site at all costs! There are far more reputable online casinos out there—don’t waste your money here.

If I could leave a zero I would, site is rigged to slow demo mode slots with nearly 99% rtp and when playing actual money the return is no where near that. Also there is a 3x wagering on all wins vs deposit, So for example if you deposit 100 and 500 quickly you cannot cash out until you have wagered 300. Meaning your wins are not wins until you have have wagered at least 3x your lifetime deposit. TOTAL SCAM

Signed up and deposited £20, had a win and withdrew to my account. Didn’t ask me for any verification and reached my account in 10 minutes.

Deposited the 2nd time and won again, but then they requested ID and proof of address. Sent everything in and got accepted. Tried to withdraw again and they have rejected my withdraw 8 times up to now due to a “technical issue”. They say it’s because some banks reject their payments which is absolute nonsense as they accepted the first one. They only accept Mastercard to withdraw to also. Tried another card and went through verification process again…. Shock horror, declined again “technically issue”.
