I have only recently got into drinking coffee but have tried many different brands and this one is a favourite. Great quick service and great product one very happy lady.

Coffee tasted good. However, It took a week and a half for the order to be dispatched and I had to chase customer services to query when it would arrive. I was told it would be dispatched that day and I would receive a tracking link by the evening but nothing received. I then didn't hear back from customer services until a few days after the coffee had been delivered. Poor customer service and communication.

Excellent coffee, quickly delivered!

Very poor quality coffee, service and delivery. Avoid, unless you like paying a lot for awful experiences and cocky customer service. Cannot wait for the excuses in the company’s response to this….unhappy brewing!

Easy to navigate site, good communication, not too many emails, fast delivery. Very pleased. Good quality beans.

Product arrived smashed and no replacement has been sent. Awaiting customer service help from the company.

Update: I have replied to that Email twice now. The email are bouncing back from your server therefore you are not receiving them. I have tried to locate you on Instagram/twitter/Facebook to continue the conversation there as your servers are rejecting email (they worked previously)

Update #2. They have now sent the replacement l, I am awaiting delivery. Their messaging process remains non-usable. Below is the text their email servers are replying to me with for 2 weeks now. They need to find a back up communications channel to process these issues when their email system is down, like it is currently, such as twitter, instagram, WhatsApp etc

Purchased a 1kg bag of whole bean, which arrived promptly in sustainable packaging. Coffee tasted great too, which is the most important thing! Great value, great tasting coffee which is sustainable, what’s not to love?

I love my morning espresso and have tried a lot of different. Companies and beans/ roasts. The beans from Barista & co were fabulous! Flavoursome and strong but still
Mellow and a smashing crema. Highly recommend. Delivery was also swift. I’ll be back for more!

Special offer so decided to try this company for decaff beans.
They were delivered promptly and we are really pleased with quality.

Delivered super quick via Royal Mail - so no messing about with random delivery options. Coffee to die for - really top quality beans, and packaged very nicely in 1kg bag.

High quality, tasty decaff beans. Great value in a large bag. And even that isn’t going to last long at the rate we’re drinking it!

OMG......the coffee is superb. Got the African Heights single bean. Delicious. Got a decent discount. Delivery was excellent. The bag is resealable. I will be using this company again.....no question.

I have not tried the coffee yet so this review is only about the ordering process. The website was easy to navigate, ordering process simple and I was kept informed of the progress. Order arrived safely within a few days, was well packaged, absolutely no complaints would recommend

All great but would prefer a delivery system that would allow me to state a safe place to leave it as Royal Mail involve staying in most of the day and if you miss them their facility is not the greatest.
I should get the coffee today.
