Due to postal strikes we didn’t get the parcel ready for Christmas. The contact at the company whom I contacted about my delivery was really helpful and informative.
Great customer service, lovely product, very pleased, would highly recommend

Replacement Parts!
When we accidentally broke the glass jar for the milk frother, I was so pleased to discover that we could buy just the replacement part. It arrived in a few days and we are delighted with the service. I would definitely use this company again.

You can taste the difference
Just love the way the beans are roasted just for me (well there may be others in the batch) then posted to me asap. I didn’t think I’d be able to taste the difference but I can and it’s worth the little extra. Communication is also excellent to ensure the service is what I require.

Brilliant personalised milk jug for coffee art
Great communication about the personalisation, I'd ordered 2 different jugs and it was important that the names went on the right ones.

A hit for Christmas
Delivered in time for Christmas, even though ordered quite late. Machine a great hit and easy to set up and use. Very pleased with the results so far and coffee never tasted so good!
