My son has really enjoyed his letters and stickers. He'd been inspired to write back which is always a challenge for him! I'm really happy with the service at the moment

My 7 year old has been a subscriber since she was 5. She absolutely adores Banjo and takes great pleasure at reading out his letters to the family about where he has been on his travels. Her love of Banjo increased even more during lockdown due to the pandemic, when she would relish Banjo's stories about travelling to places around the world even more.

I also have to add a note about the personal service she has received from the wonderful staff at Banjo, particularly the lovely Dory. Unfortunately, my daughter was struck down pretty hard by Covid recently, and she was in bed recovering for a number of days. She only got out of bed once when she was feeling her worst, and that was to write a letter to Banjo. Unfortunately as we were all suffering from covid, we were too late to add her questions to the PPS message. I immediately contacted Banjo HQ and Dory quickly came up with a solution and put together a special letter to my daughter, answering her questions, that we could print at home. I couldn't believe they would go the extra mile like that but I am so glad they did, as my daughter was thrilled! She once again got out of bed only for Banjo and to read his letter, and she has been on the mend ever since. I can't thank Dory, and the staff at Banjo HQ, enough. They made my daughter's smile come back after some really tough days of fighting and I will never forget it. The map on her wall will remain there for some time to come, and you have some very loyal customers who will keep subscribing. Here's to more of Banjo's epic adventures! :)

I started subscribing to Banjo Robinson about a year ago. I was looking for something to do with my children to get them away from the screens. This has been such a good experience. My children love the colourful packs and the personalised letter. It's such a brilliant idea both fun and educational at the same time. I would definitely recommend Banjo Robinson to other parents, it's definitely something worth investing in.

My daughter loves Banjo! She was thrilled to receive her sticker book and letter and keeps talking about how our cats must have met Banjo when they were flying from Dubai (we adopted them from Dubai to England). It's such a magical experience and educational too!

My 7 years olds son has been receiving letters from Banjo Robinson over six months. He loves receiving letters by post. He also loves finding where Banjo is on the map and talking about the country with us. We are very happy that he has this cat pen pal.

Banjo Robinson is a fantastic premise - my son is beside himself when the letter lands on the doormat and when he finds the reply sticker under the sofa once his reply has been 'taken'. It's so wonderful to see and makes him want to write more. There were a couple issues early on with deliveries and such but customer service has been brilliant and communication and willingness to remedy things has been great. There's a lot more involvement from me/parent than I was expecting but that might just be because my son is at the younger end of the scale.

My child is so excited when banjos letter arrives on the door mat and makes no hesitation in writing a reply to Banjo.

My 7 year-old granddaughter is delighted with her first letter from banjo Robinson. From my point of view, the company has provided good value (I bought at discounted price); lots of support materials; and a responsive customer service.

I home educate my three children and these resources have been invaluable. Such a great subscription service. We use the letters as a base to really explore each country. The kids really look forward to it receiving their letters. It's also a fab way to encourage along hand writing and independent learning. 5*

Not worth the money you pay for what you get

Having Banjo write to our daughter for 2 years has been amazing, she has loved receiving the letters and Banjo became part of the family. She was upset when the time came for Banjo to write to another child after 2 years but so happy at Christmas when he sent her a present of the new Banjo book. This has been a wonderful gift for a child and I would highly recommend it!

We have been receiving the Banjo letters since June and my 2 girls (7 & 10) love it. They get excited when they “find” the letter and immediately want to write back.
Once we received a letter without the stickers and customer services corrected it immediately with a personalised apology letter from Banjo.
The customer service is brilliant and so is the concept.
The reward system with free merchandise is also a fab idea!
I’d highly recommend :)

Such a fun and interactive way to learn about the world and incorporates English and relational skills too. Kids are engaged with and enjoy it.

Great customer service, had some issues with a delivery off books and the Banjo teddy the week of Christmas and she went above and beyond to make sure my daughter wouldn't be disappointed on Christmas morning with a missing teddy when 2 cousins would have them and she organised a quick courier shipment with a Banjo teddy she had in the office as I wouldnt of got the other teddy until January, I rarely get good customer service let alone going to all that effort and didnt cost me for courier and i get replies promptly aswell another rare thing these days! Also my daughter absolutely love Banjo receiving letters in her name and all the details in each letter and activities that come with Banjo subscription, its brilliant! Keeps her occupied with great activities ans she loves replying to Banjo and leaving his letter for banjo to come and "collect" . Would highly recommend

My son really enjoys his letters from Banjo and learning about new countries. We use it as part of our geography lessons for home schooling and it really motivates and inspires him. It also includes a lot of literacy skills and cooking which really makes it worth the money. Communication has also been great.

Absolutely fantastic
So so pleased we signed my 5 year old gets so excited to see where banjo has been and what adventures he has been up to. The recipe cards are fun to try. Definitely recommend
