Banham's 6 week guarantee
Be aware that Banham only guarantee the work carried out by their Service Engineers for 6 weeks. My alarm kept going off at unearthly hours on various mornings just a few weeks past this deadline and their own callout chap said it was due to a freyed wire and loose connection and so evidently not checked properly by their Service Engineer ... as a result: 4 trips to the office, a £ 155 bill on top of the service bill, a letter saying that my police reporting will be discontinued due to these recent 'false alarms' and a standard 'this is our policy' response from their so-called 'Customer Service Dept' - that's the value you get being a customer for over 25 years :-(

Great service from Ricardo at Banham
Just had Ricardo out to fix my doorlock and he was fantastic.Polite, professional and courteous, he quickly assessed the problem and offered me the alternatives – whether to get him to fix the lock or to bring in an alternative supplier to fix the door. He fixed the problem himself and his work was very neat and tidy. Looks like I won't need him back for another 25 years! Great service from the team at Banham
