I placed an order in December for a water bottle which promised delivery by Christmas. The item has not even been shipped and despite numerous emails with no response and a permanently busy phone line, I am not hopeful of ever receiving the item. Had I received a response apologising for the delay I would not be writing this review now. Appalling customer service. It pains me to even give a 1 star rating. Will be contacting fair trading.

This company is a fraud! I purchased an item from here for a christmas pres and it hasnt been delivered. Ive tried to call to request a refund and the contact number is always busy. Ive emailed them 5 times - no response. Time to call Fair Trading. They are taking peoples hard earned money for themselves.

Excellent range of products from this store and love my collections. There are many products I can find here which are rarely available elsewhere.

I ordered bath bombs over 8 weeks ago, nothing came, no response to numerous sent emails to their so called "support" and line always as busy tone at ALL hours (tried 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 11pm)

These guys have been reported to ACCC - you will note their address is illegitimate and they have not got an ABN (they are not registered as a trader- so if they see this review and quickly put a number to - BEWARE). Save yourself the anger and stress and avoid these scammers !

No good shipped, no response to emails, then i read the reviews, they are a scam and should be shut down, they take money and dont deliver anything!!

The seller was very cooperative and answered all the questions I had. First of all I wanted to clear some air before making moves which they truly helped me with. I am happy that they sorted me very quickly without having to experience any delays or complaints. That’s how trust is built.

Absolute scam!
I purchased a throw blanket and 2 meditation cushions from this website on 8 October 2021. The meditation cushions arrived today, 1 December 2021 from China. There was nothing on the website to show it was stock shipping from China. I opened the packet and instead of a 40x15cm cushions with a metal frame, I received 28x5cm cushions with no frame and poorly made. There's no sign of having sent my throw rug. Definitely do NOT buy from this website. I have requested a full refund via email. The phone number is not connected.

I ordered and paid for a Fitzroy's Storm Glass. 4 weeks later 'it' finally shipped from China. What I received after 6 weeks was a cheap piece of Chinese rubbish I could get at the Reject Shop for $5.00. The word 'Barometer' was the only English on or in the box. I have now emailed, including pictures of what I received, twice and had no response. Will never buy from here again.

Item arrived 3 months after purchase and not as described. Unable to get in touch with the company to get a refund. They seem to be ordering items from a cheap Chinese company - I doubt it is ethically sourced as advertised. So disappointing. People never order from this site.
