Item not recieved for almost 3 months now and No Update
I have ordered a Handmade food storage bamboo on the 16th of January but still did not recieve it and has no update. Emailed a few times at the given email address from their website but has no reply. Tried to contact the number also from their website but it is still saying unable to be connected due to service difficulties. Did anyone know of any information or details on how they can be contacted please? They should refund me the money if they can't provide the item I paid for.

Bad custmer service
I order my item in February, 2022, I never received it until now 2 April 2022. I sent mails, never received reply. Phone calls hanged up soon after the phone rings. I am still waiting my order. Very upset with Bambooshit ( name can tell??). How can Bambooshit treat a customer. Never recommend to purchase from them.
