Yes it’s a scam - placed an order in December and like others, never heard from them again and unable to contact them. Lesson learned unfortunately.

Total scam. Take payment with no intention of sending any goods ordered. They appear to have shut down their email and disconnected the phone. There is no way of contacting anyone and of course no way of getting a refund.

only giving 1 star because I can't give zero. ordered a soap cutter in December said in website if you order now will receive before 31st of December. I never received any conformation email or tracking detail but money was gone. tried to contact them never replies. scam scam scam. I don't know why their website still up running.

Never received essential oils i ordered for my daughter well before Christmas. Sent email.....no response. Pissed off as have lost my job and don't expect businesses that are going down too to withhold goods that have already been paid for. Not happy!!

Terrible! Ordered something in November, still hasn't arrived. Have emailed, have tried to call, have send messages to their support service and contacted on social media. I honestly think the site is a scam.

Dont believe the fake positive reviews, just a crap scamming company. I managed to track down the 'owner' through his private instagram page, wasn't hard and managed to get a refund. Despite him saying the product would be at my address within days, it never showed. Go figure... SCAM and AVOID

The absolute worst! Please read reviews before purchasing. Bought a product on the 1st of December and still haven’t received anything , it’s the 29th of January! Emails have been sent numerous times with no response.

Ordered 2 items, money debited from my account no email to confirm my order. Two months later no products, sent 3 emails no response. I only read the bad reviews after my items did not arrive so I can only assume that they don't have all products that are on their website, pot luck if you get scammed. Quite clever if some get their orders because they do get good reviews between the people that were totally ripped off. Sadly I can't give it 0 stars.

Website is a scam, ordered a crystal infused water bottle in November and order is still just showing as ‘ordered’. Have followed up via email and online chat at least 10 times with no response. Phone number is always ‘busy’. The Reviews are either really positive or really negative. The positive reviews are fake and no doubt the scammers from the website. Maybe try writing to the people who have ordered via your website instead of making fake reviews. Extremely disappointed!

A first for me. Thank god I didn't buy more. Lesson learned – always research a new online store. This is all over the web – total SCAM. And I guess they have been given plenty of fake five star reviews on Trustpilot. So questioning how worthwhile doing this actually is…

This website is a complete scam.There is no such address for this company, the phone doesn't exist and you cannot get anyone to get back to you.They have taken my money and no product has been sent or received. It's a disgrace.Jill
