Don't do it! Total scam. I won't order anything on line again from a company I haven't dealt with before, without checking reviews. The name "Bamboo...." should have given me a clue!

I placed my order close to 2 months ago, have emailed them numerous times; no response. I will contact NSW Fair Trading

Product was supposed to be delivered by Feb 9, it’s now June 14 and still nothing. They never reply to emails either.

it is simply a scam, I placed an order 3 months ago obviously it has not arrived and I have also tried to contact customer service several times and as expected no one answers emails, Sidney's phone is never answered so no one gives you an answer about the order.

Like all that have gone before me.. good bye $100. Phone disconnected.. the address i googled and it is a Solictors room.. called Steps Solicitors.. so even that is fake.. How is this website still up and running.
Have contacted Victorian consumer affairs and they will now start to build up a case regarding this website. They told me if you have purchased items using credit card.. contact your bank to start a Charge back. Also if you wish to contact the Vic con affairs - they are 1300 558 181 and they will keep all the info on file and if enough ppl do this they will do a big investigation and hopefully have the site shut down etc.. Google the addresses and ph numbers.. they are so not ligit but Consumer affairs>> They were so helpful..

Ordered in March nearing the end of May no sign of product. Guess I can say goodbye to that money. Luckily it was a small amount

Fraudulent company! Ordered February 15, emailed multiple times with no response, phone number on website doesn’t connect, chat box is a joke. It’s now the end of May I don’t think I will ever get my order or money back. Big mistake.

I placed an order with Bambooshit & it was meant to arrive between 20th Feb & 17th Mar - still waiting for my order to arrive. I have sent endless emails & chats with no response. SCAM!! Lesson learnt not to buy from here again. Wish I knew who to contact to get this website SHUT DOWN!!

If I could I would rate this business zero. Scam company, ordered 3 months ago failed to deliver and continually failed to respond to emails. Phone number is 'out of service due to technical difficulties'

Ordered and paid for an order totalling to about $40 2 months ago. Never received it, called multiple times but phone is busy and they have not responded to any emails. Definitely scam!

After several followups, chats, calls my order never arrived. It's now been 6 months. SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Scam business. As with everyone else I never received my order after 2 months or any correspondence. On closer inspection can see the address isn’t legitimate and contact details are fake. Have lodged a case with Scamwatch, recommend others do the same.

Ordered something on Jan 28 expecting it to arrive within 14 days. It's now May 1 and I still have not received any transparency on my order, website saying there are "system errors for orders before Feb 1." Contacted via email countless times and tried to contact via mobile - phone number is not active and does not ring. No replies from email either. All other reviews are also only talking about one product... sus?

I ordered a mask and been 2 months and never received any tracking number or they never replay my emails, also the phone number dosent work. Definitely not recommended. Probably scam.

As with so many others, I too have fallen prey to the unfortunate scam that IS “Bamboos**t”. I guess I should have had more sense, in that the word “S**t” is not likely to be approved in the formation of a legitimate firm, but living in the Byron shire, I thought it may well be a happy clappy hippy type name, that may just be offering some really ‘green’ and environmentally friendly products, so ordered from them. I am currently searching ASIC to register a fraud allegation.

Do not use this company, the same computer generated messages are all you get . You will not receive your order.

Bambooshit is fraudulent. Never received product. Never received refund. They have never responded to my emails and their phone number and chat are fake. I anticipate regularly reposting this review to save others from being scammed. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM BAMBOOSHIT.
