They are meant to be an Australian company but after looking into them it’s a fake company in Hong Kong
I pretended to order a huge order but left it in checkout and they keep reminding me to purchase but yet I Leave messsges about my $150 worth of mats and no response..plain ripoff thieves.

I have emailed them about my order several times. No one has replied to my emails and now I see from this review page that they take people’s credit card payment and never send the products. Great job being terrible humans. I feel sorry for them. .

Fully convinced this website is a scam, just very relieved I have lost less than $30. So sorry I didn’t read the reviews first, but you live and learn and hopefully won’t get involved with the likes again.

Have contacted them multiple times with no reply. Haven’t sent my product. Wont refund it. Say they are Australian based but don’t provide any contact details. Have been charged in full on my card because they wouldn’t accept PayPal. Now I’m getting constant emails about jointing the pyramid scheme but no communication re my order.

I wish I had read reviews first, they did the same to me as everyone else....take your money, confirm sale, then NOTHING....NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL.

Same as everyone else is saying, take your money and no product and no response. How does this site stay active??

Update, I have since found out, they have a fake merchant name and company logo on their banking details on Westpac. I called the company which is a government health care business and they did not have any knowledge of this.

Fake Fake Fake!!!

I had Covid brain when I placed my order! Have not received it, phone number and address of company are fake, no responses to my emails. So, I've opened a complaint with Fair Trading, with hopes of a refund and an investigation into what seems to be a Scam seller.

Fraudulent site that ask for credit/debit details only (no PayPal) and doesn’t send any products. They do ask you to join like they are a pyramid scam and make the r transaction look real. I noticed now in hindsight the photos aren’t clear which is usually a sign on a fraudulent site. I actually used them under NDIS to try and buy some accessible seating. Silly me. Don’t anyone else was their money and give out their card numbers.

no response in 3 weeks for a hosepipe, it shows that it has not even been dispatched and i am calling AMEX to get a refund... wish i had read this site before ordering.

First time I’ve been caught. I usually read reviews but on this occasion did not. It was a birthday present from my mother, obviously she is upset too.

Please contact NSW fair trading as it’s saying address is Sydney…. I contacted them and afterpay and after sometime I did get my money back…. Also just to let you know the NSW Fair Trading are building a case… fight these people as they have stolen your hard earned money

I placed my order on 28 April 2022 and have sent a number of emails and haven’t heard back from them yet. It’s been 2 months now and still haven’t received my order. I thought they were a legit site but I was wrong. I will definitely be disputing this and hopefully get this website shutdown ASAP. Stealing is not right. They must be horrible people to do something like this. Sad really. If you take from life then life will take from you. All I can say is I’d hate to be them when karma comes around.
