Order was never shipped after 3 weeks
Order was never shipped after 3 weeks, not responsive to emails, contacted my bank to investigate and provide a refund. They said the money went to an Australia account, no international conversion.

I ordered a solar powered waterproof power-bank in August 2022 and still haven't received it! I have continuously sent email that bounce back and phone number has been disconnected! I also went back into website and sent message through there contact area! No luck! How are these people allowed to continue to do business! You dont know how many names they operate under so i am not going into any website that sells that same product as i cant afford to keep others in a high end lifestyle!

I wish I have researched this company before I purchased from them! I was so stupid! I have placed an order few weeks ago, and still did not receive an email notification about shipping and that created an alarm, so I decided to google and I found out this is a scam.
