I have really enjoyed completing my apprenticeship with Baltic. I was nervous about going back to learning a new skill but all of the staff have been amazing through out with lots of guidance. Also my coach Michelle has been amazing I cant thank her enough! I would not hesitate to use Baltic again.

Gaps of silence and pacing issues throughout both days.
The course contents was more basic than I was expecting, day 1 was more of a glossary of relevant terms that could have been shared beforehand potentially saving us a day or giving a day back to focus on more hands-on learning within Excel and Power Query.

The 2nd half of both days were a big improvement over the first half. Lots of useful Excel and power query info.

Tom was brilliant, I am not the quickest learner and he made Microsoft fundamentals easy and didn’t overload us with information. Thanks!

Noticeable improvement in the skills and confidence of the apprentice. Coaches throughout have been a great support and on hand whenever needed them.

The boot camp course has helped develop my confidence within the IT sector. I feel more happy moving forward to find a position within the industry!
Both course teachers were amazing and have structured their presentations in a professional manner. I felt as if I was able to speak and not be judged for what I did and didn't know regarding the course

I chose the Level 3 Content Creator course to improve my knowledge of social media whilst working in a bridal and prom boutique. Baltic have helped and supported me along the way and I received a Distinction in my End Point Assessment - a special thank you to Eleanor who was the best coach ever☺️

I completed a level 3 Content Creation apprenticeship with Baltic last year, and I am currently working on my level 4 Marketing Executive apprenticeship this year. I was fully supported with the transition from L3 to L4 by my coach Olivia. I would recommend Baltic and especially Liv for their apprenticeships, and I have enjoyed my journey so far.

Olivia is so understanding and in our classes she explains everything in detail! Best tutor for the level 4 marketing executive apprenticeship, 100% recommend to anyone, I've learnt so much. Thank you :)

The course really allows me to deepen my knowledge of marketing and is suited to any industry which you work in. I would recommend Liv to anyone, she is a really great tutor and has supported me throughout. She will explain everything thoroughly and if there is anything I am unsure about, she is there.

The course so far is fantastic. Michelle is great and very attentive.

Olivia Anderson has been a fantastic mentor to Rowenna, she has assisted and supported her every step of the way during her journey. I have had regular meetings with Olivia and she has discussed Rowennas progression and her next steps, she has always been very professional and informative.

Baltic apprenticeships have supported me throughout my apprenticeship, particularly my tutor, Eleanor.

Baltic Apprenticeships has been a game changer in learning. I'm currently nearing the end of my second apprenticeship with Baltic (L4 Data Analyst), and I cannot put into words how supportive and beneficial the time I have spent on program with them. Specifically, I have been lucky enough to have Craig Murphy as my tutor for both my level 3 and current level 4 programs - without Craig's teaching ethic, support (both professional, and personal), and otherwise brilliant decorum I would never have achieved the goals I have so far. The learning Journey with Baltic Apprenticeships is more than just focusing on your academic skills, it is also focused on advancing yourself as a person - which is part of what makes their programs and cohorts such a success. If you ever receive the opportunity to have any form of training conducted by Baltic Apprenticeships, my advice is to take it with both hands.

Baltic are very thorough and communicative as a whole, and have really made stepping into my apprenticeship seamless and easy. I really recommend Rebekah, Rachael A and Liv, as they are so great - through onboarding and my learning sessions they provide so much support :) Thank you!

having had negative experience completing an apprenticeship prior starting my apprenticeship with Baltic i had mix feeling towards if this was something i actually wanted to do. with the guidance and mentorship i have received from the training coach Craig Murphy i was not only able to complete my level 3 coming out with a distinction grade i am now completing a level 4 qualification with an renewed confidence in my work and myself. thank you Craig for everything you do.

This course has been great for me so far my tutor Amy Larkings, has made everything easy to understand and is always there to help me when I have any issues. The online courses are well thought out and easy to access and all staff are very helpful, Baltic are a great company and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apprenticeship provider.

My experience with Baltic has been amazing, from the get go they were proactive and willing to help me achieve my goal of working in the IT field, they offered me a spot on their bootcamp which I happily accepted and then completed.
It was brilliant, the perfect balance needed to keep me captivated and motivated.

The bootcamp has helped me now land an IT job, the first application I made after completing it aswell.

Having done Level 3 Digital Marketing last year and coming into Level 4 Marketing Executive this year I can say that Baltic has really helped me with progression both within my job role but also about Marketing as a whole.
The tutors are super knowledgeable about all topics covered and are always friendly and approachable when questions arise. They don't make you feel stupid for asking questions which is so important.
From on-boarding to attending the sessions everything is really easy.
I would definitely recommend Baltic to others!

Done two courses so far and I always get sad when they come to an end, not because I have to go back to work or anything I just really enjoy my cohort and Eleanor makes everyone feel so included while also doing her job EXTREMILY well. Even the smallest contributions or the tiniest comments, nothing goes unnoticed by her! What a great trainer :D
