Had a call from one of their representatives regarding an application I had put in for an Apprenticeship they had quite local to me. Call was good, guy seemed really interested in helping me along and sent me an email with something they call a "Skill Scan".
Spent a while filling it out and forwarded back across to the recruiter (?) with a copy of a certificate I had recently achieved in the IT space.
Cut to almost two weeks later and I cant get so much as an email back from him. I have repeated checked the document that I filled in for him (Its on Google docs so can see if there has been any activity) and I have sent multiple emails just to pleasantly see if there has been any updates. Still nothing from the rep, even called and text the number used to call me.

*Update*
Having been in contact with an individual at Baltic Regarding, they admitted communication was somewhat lacking from there end in my case but will ensure that I am one of few to slip through the cracks. Normally I would chalk this up to generic sales talk to appease someone, but the gentleman on the phone sounded genuinely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure things get moved along.

A hassle free, efficient and successful attempt at securing an apprenticeship. Special thanks to Jake whose assistance on things such as interview prep and chasing up my application with the company was invaluable. He also made sure to keep in regular contact, was accomodating when I had to reschedule calls due to work constraints or running late, and even helped address the company's concerns during my application. Truly an asset to the company

Tom was great at responding through the stressful moments. He was always willing to jump on calls to explain.

I left university Kings College London last year because it didn't feel right. I was studying CompSci. I wanted to get into cybersecurity and did research that IT fundamentals were needed first.
So I applied for IT apprenticeships and out of 50+ applied Baltic was the only one to call me back.
Before even completing my apprenticeship, as of March 1st I was offered a new position as Junior Cybersecurity Analyst internally within the same company. I am now working full time in cyber security, my dreams having been met and now kickstarting my career right off the bat. Leaving uni was the best choice, and finding Baltic and this exact company was the even better choice. I can't say that everyone will find the same result. It truly depends on your dedication, willingness and attitude. My company really liked me and my passion for cyber, so they took me on. You need to have a desire to learn. And Baltic does really well for the training they provide. My coach Shannon was superb, she was always very friendly, approachable and reliable. She always responded to emails and questions whenever I asked, and her training classes were always fun and interactive. They have high standards for their coaches and the whole roadmap for your apprenticeship is VERY clear and given to you at the start. They teach you everything you need to know and if you are looking to get into IT.. this will give you everything!

Thanks to Baltic I am now working in my ideal career path and hope to thrive from here.

I started this apprenticeship straight after school and had a little knowledge on marketing/content. After completing this apprenticeship I have learned so much about this field and got alot of support all thanks to Zoe Cullen my coach. I'm excited to start my level 4.

I've been looking to start a career in IT, Baltic Apprenticeships helped with every step and I successfully landed a position in IT! Millie was invaluable through the entire process.

I was genuinely very pleased with Baltic, my apprenticeship coach was excellent. Shannon my coach was brilliant at replying to emails and offering support, she was informative and friendly. I was offered extra help and support. The training days were really good and provided all the necessary information to complete the assessments. If anything I would have liked more hours of coaching. All around very pleased.

Wouldn't recommend at all.

I was previously hired on an apprenticeship but left due to a hostile work environment and my employer not respecting my OTJ hours.

I had no contact from Baltic during this entire leaving process as my coach was off on annual leave (seemingly for a month), leaving me with no possible next step or idea on my position until a month later where they inquired if I'd found another employer to continue progress which I had never been briefed to do.

Recently reached back out to enquire about another opportunity and had to chase them on a weekly basis to get a simple answer to the question of whether I could apply again.

It took them almost a month to answer a simple yes or no question and me chasing them via email 4 separate times.

During this time I received a "congratulations on completing your apprenticeship" email which is jut an insult to injury in regards to the lack of care shown throughout.

Greatly disappointed at the support I received during my apprenticeship, somehow the bar got lower trying to apply again. Would seek out other companies.

Currently pursuing this with the recruitment team so if you see a customer care response here they're just deflecting.

Overall, I enjoyed my apprenticeship experience. However, I was disappointed that too much time was spent on learning topics unrelated to my workplace tasks, which were not covered in my End Point Assessment. I believe it would have been more beneficial to focus on practicing the distinction criteria. Nonetheless, I achieved a merit overall.

Going with Baltic was one of the best decisions of my life. I felt fully supported during my apprenticeship with them offering every opportunity to excel in what I do.

I quit the apprenticeship after a few months. Didn’t feel like I was learning anything new from it. Apart from that the screening process was not respecting the usual guidelines (self evaluation to show what we can do then edited by someone in Baltic to fit in level 4 when I was fit for level 5 but as they don’t offer it they wanted me to sign with them so lowered my grades). And as I mentioned I quit after a few months last year and just received an email to say “Congrats on finishing your apprenticeship” which I didn’t so marketing/communications = 0

I completed a lvl 4 data analysis apprenticeship starting at about October 2022. My data coach was fabulous, couldn’t have asked for a more supportive tutor. It’s against the TOS to give his name, so I’ll just say that he’s got a big beard.

Had a wonderful experience with Jannat who found and helped me secure a really good apprenticeship!! Overall experience was very transparent and pleasant. Can't thank her enough.

I tried to ring the Baltic offices several times over a two week period and left two voicemail messages. No one bothered to return my calls.

Absolutely amazing experience I received from Lucy. A huge thank you to her. She was patient with me and was a huge help in securing me my job; and I couldn’t have done it without her.

She would go back and forth for me to the employers, and gave me plenty of tips and gave me the reassurance and confidence I needed, and she was overall a lovely person to chat with. I can tell she wanted me to get this position and she went above and beyond for me, and it is really appreciated. Thanks again, Lucy!

Honestly a great company; they were very supportive while linking me with my current role. My agents were very friendly, and were always contacting me before and after interviews just to keep me updated and to make sure I had no questions.

Originally did the bootcamp after applying for an apprenticeship they advertised, never got a follow up on that job, didn’t receive grades back for the bootcamp and no follow up calls after the bootcamp. Tried emailing on occasions and no response. Very unfortunate as the bootcamp itself was great.

Would like to say a massive thanks to Jake and the team for helping me secure the role. Found the right apprenticeship, helped with interview prep and got the job offer for the right role with in a week of contacting them. Super service and very nice people to deal with.
