Amazing cake
Ordeed a personalised birthday cake for the first time from this company and was exceptionally happy with the cake and service. Ordering online was made very easy and being able to choose delivery date was a bonus. They emailed me with a time slot of a delivery on the choice of my given delivery day. Will definitely order from you again. Highly recommend

What can I say but exceptional service and cakes!
Wow, I have never tasted a cake as good as the first one I ordered from this fabulous company! The cake arrived safely and very well packaged. I knew the cake would be frozen as it clearly states this on the website!
The cake does not take long to defrost and it is well worth the wait! It is as fresh as though it was just baked!
The customer service is second to none and I have just put in my second order.
I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing these amazing cakes!
Top class is all I will say. 👌

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered a cake for my partner's birthday, I picked a specific delivery day (which I paid extra for) and it arrived two days before. Their cakes are too large to fit in the fridge or freezer, I couldn't leave it out for two days as it had fresh cream on it and would go off. I emailed customer service who would take a minimum of 2 days to reply and they offered to send me a replacement which never arrived. When I complained they showed me the proof of delivery for my original order, not their replacement. When I pointed this out to them they then offered to send me out another replacement by which point it was a week after my partner's birthday. I managed to get a refund but they never apologised for any of their errors. I will never order from them again.
