First time at the boulevard outlet Banbridge and this cafe baked and barista was disappointing! Poor selection on menu for everyday options eg no standard egg ham salad sandwiches or baps. All odd ingredients and combinations. I opted for a tuna and rocket baguette which was so dry and tasteless and very little filling. Sausage rolls and pastries weren't for me due to dietary issues. Ok for hot drinks and muffins.
Toilet facilities not good!
Smelt like stables as someone else stated in review! This seems to be an ongoing issue in reviews quite a while ago.
Disappointing and won't be returning.

Ordered a chocolate cake for my Mum’s 91st birthday and everything was perfect. The delivery was on time, the packaging was amazing and the instructions were very clear. The cake itself was delicious - chocolatey and light yet moist. Excellent product and excellent service!! Thank you!!

Visited the Highcross, Leicester branch today and was served by Vicky. Ive never bothered leaving a poor review before but today feel compelled to.
We purchased a flatbread sandwich which was offered/displayed as two halves of a sandwich in the glass counter. Upon enquiring where the other half of the sandwich was at the checkout was told it was just half a sandwich for £5.25. When I advised it was displayed as a full sandwich with the price on each complete sandwich, not a half the server told me it was just "how they are shown". I expressed my concern and was given short shrift, to which I replied that it was misselling. Vicky, the server just ignored me.
Very poor service, very badly handled by the server.

Can't really fault them to be fair.
Had my concerns before ordering that a frozen cake wouldn't taste that great once thawed out, but thankfully I was wrong. We've now had two cakes from them in as many weeks (A coffee one and Black Forest) and everyone agreed they were both lovely and still tasted really fresh.
The price, delivery times and order updates were spot on too. Will definitely be using them again.

Only wanted a chai latte. Not rocket science. Had to explain twice to the dimwit server who then filled the cup to overflowing with lukewarm milk. I’m guessing it was a newbie otherwise they need to rethink their career choices.

On two occasions with the same order we sent food back which was cold. Staff were wearing filthy clothes working behind we were sitting.
Will never ever go again!

Ordered raspberry cake for my birthday. The cake came with hair all over it. I was horrified. I tried to contact them straight away and several times. I sent them photos of my cake and the best I got from them is "we are investigating the matter". My birthday was ruined. I couldn't serve the cake to my guests. Whole cake went in the bin. I contacted them again today to ask for a refund. No response. The worst service I've ever had. I will NEVER shop here again. I'm trying to get this on my Google reviews where I can post the photos. I have NEVER had such a terrible experience. Not to mention the fact that the cake came rock solid. The ice packs that surrounded the packaging were so cold immediately I got freeze burn when trying to remove them. There were no warning signs on the package about this. Money wasted on a bogus service. Never again.

Ordered double chocolate cake. Arrived on time. Well packaged to protect from damage. Very well frozen. The cake was a winner on party day. The cake was massive, moist and the chocolate cream was creamy and delicious. A great cake.

Ordered carrot cake online for my mum's 95th, as she doesn't like chocolate or jam and this would be moist option. Easy to order, great communication and delivery exactly on time, well packaged and frozen. Looked perfect and tasted great! The only criticism was the cake itself was dry, which was disappointing. Had to use pouring cream to disguise.

Tried for the first time today (Meadowhall) and was bitterly disappointed with the (lack of) customer service. The barista, in particular, was rude and looked like she thoroughly hated her job. The coffees we got were lovely so it's a shame our experience was ruined by the staff.

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!! paid £15 to have some cupcakes delivered for my sisters birthday, arrived in a disgusting state, tried to cut into one and it's crumbled, was completely stale and inedible, all 6 we're. All were thrown away. Waste of money

I ordered a personalized birthday cake for my boyfriend. The cake was delivered on promised date. A small part of the cake looked a bit rough but this had nothing to do with the company but because of the delivery driver (it was not left the right way up when delivered to the door, even though it says on the parcel). The cake was amazing and my boyfriend thought so too! Definitley recommend.

Called at one at Meadowhall, first time and it will be my last! Exceptionally rude staff.... made to feel like ordering a coffee at a coffee shop was out of the ordinary. Coffee weak and sausage bap dry and over cooked. Expected much better.

Ordered a triple chocolate birthday cake. Delivered on agreed date, well packaged and arrived refrigerator cold. Taste was amazing with fresh cream and chocolate. All our family who tried it commented how delicious it was. It’s not the cake you will get from off the shelf, even at a top end supermarket & was therefore well worth paying extra. On our experience would definitely recommend & use again.

Well I don't realy write reviews but this one call me atention we went Crystal peaks today normally we go Costa or Greg bar batista was not busy we said let try 1 tuna melt 2 small flat white 1 apple raspberries cake 1 cheese toast my panini was smell like smoked fish I have ask member of staff is not write she ohh thank you to.let me know I don't think we will go back. For long time no customer service..

Had no 0 stars.Ordered a cake for a special someone ,Had a party over cake was delivered in a disgusting shape,with all the icing chipped off.Embarressed in front of the friends ,had to get a fresh cake from another bakery in between the party.Wrote to them on their website ,they got back after almost two weeks,with a messge ,aww Hopefully you will order again,as if!!

Hello, I am utterly disappointed with the level of Customer Servce at Bakers + Baristas. It took me 4 days to finally get through to Customer Service regarding a personalised message I wanted on the Birthday Cake which I ordered. I was assured the personalised message was added to my mum's 80th birthday cake. It was delivered 10 mins ago and guess what? No message. So sad as it was my mum's birthday cake.

Called in at East Midlands outlet shops off Junction 28 M1 South. We called into bakers baristas coffee/cake caffe for coffee , I was quite taken back by the ignorance of the staff member that served me . Sertainly has no people skills as ignorant as sin.

I ordered a beautiful, personalised chocolate birthday cake for my daughter. One of the best tasting cakes we have ever had. Cake arrived in perfect condition, on our chosen date and within the hour time slot given. So happy with purchase and would highly recommend!
