I just booked an overnight cruise in Doubtful Sound NZ through Backpacker/Travello. Tharis was very helpful and answered all my questions and I appreciate her providing a gift to use for future bookings which I plan to use soon!

This was mine and my partners first time booking a Campervan for our East Coast trip and we had the privilege of being introduced to Duncan. Honestly could not recommend this gentleman’s help enough, top tier guy with grade A customer service!

Can’t recommend enough tbh. I used them to book a camper an all around NZ and were by far the best priced. Then I used them to book a speed boat tour and finally a helicopter tour in NZ. Unfortunately the heli tour was cancelled due to weather however the service was incredible. Got a call from Dave the sales manager at BPD who tried absolutely everything he could to get us on a flight. He went WAY above what I would expect and has gained a loyal customer in me. Unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be this time due to weather but I would 100% recommend them and intend to use them for future trips. Every time I’ve booked I’ve had a quick call to confirm and check I knew what I was doing etc and made sure I knew about any cash back or codes I could use. They will even recommend things for you in the area if you ask and I even got help building my camper quote Initially. Honestly as far as I’m concerned if I’m booking a trip from
