Beautiful store with very cool/chic different clothes for babies/kids, I had a great shopping experience today with an amazing, very nice and attentive retail assistant. 10 out of 10 and more for customer service

Our shopping experience at Bababoom was the best example of outstanding customer service that I've ever had. My husband and I visited twice, both times on busy Saturdays, and were treated as if we were the only customers in the store. Tash listened to exactly what we needed, and helped us find the perfect pram and car seat for our family. Before our first visit, we were nervous, overwhelmed, first-time parents with no clue how to shop for essential baby items. This feeling didn't last long because of how welcome we were made to feel, and we were able to completely trust the expertise of each staff member we met. I think it's particularly helpful that the discount offered if you decide to buy after a demonstration is valid for four weeks - this means there is no pressure to buy immediately, and it is expected that customers will need to go away and consider their decision, perhaps wait until payday etc. I can't recommend Bababoom enough, they have got it exactly right.

The staff have great knowledge of the products, and always very helpful. I feel confident in whatever we buy from them.

Starting from the fact that the delivery took ages (weeks), not something that I would expect hovewer the seller said that they are waiting for the item to come from Stokke... If I would know that they do not have this product in stock I would order straight from manufacturer. Second thing is that item arrived with Manufacture issue (zip stitched incorrectly ) so item not functional and the company asking me to pay for return Lol! never shopping with them again.

I was after a particular item, which we didn’t realise would be so challenging to get hold of, but the team managed to hunt them down with the supplier and deliver them.
