Had a problem with car seat but they had sorted it with in a day I had a new one the next day and is spot on I would love to thank u for great service

It’s a lovely set even for present as it comes in a lively box! I adore the sponge it is so soft I never seen anything like it!
The coconut oil is pricy though!

We were told the baby car seat will be…
We were told the baby car seat will be delivered on the next day. A week later we are still waiting. We had to call the main office to be told that they don’t have it in stock.

As you can see by the amount of 5 star reviews we receive we pride ourselves in our customer service so we are sorry you feel you have not received this.
Unfortunately the heavy snow on Monday took things out of our control but having chatted with Bill over the last two days I am pleased we have been able to resolve the issue for you and Bill will be collecting the car seat today.
I hope you found all the expertise and advice given to you in store by our car seat specialists of value.

Great customer service reply to emails very quickly most conpanies you have to wait days for a reply i had a reply in less than an hour. I was delivered the wrong car seat in error but this was quickly delt with and picked up the next day and the correct one delivered the day after. Would recommend to everyone wish i found them sooner
