The house is always neat, clean, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. Everyone living in the house is friendly, respectful, and helpful, which makes it feel like a comfortable home rather than just a place to stay.
The landlord is super cool, kind, and understanding. He respects everyone’s privacy and personal space, and he only comes around when necessary, so you can enjoy your own peace and comfort without feeling disturbed. He’s also easygoing and creates a relaxed living environment.

I have been living for 3 years in a shared house having Bryan as my landlord. Bryan has always been supportive, very quick to solve issues and very professional and correct with all tenants. A massive thank you to Bryan and the B3B company!

Bryan and his team by far the most professional and attentive landlord I ever had.

Spent 8 years living in one of Bryan’s rooms with an en suite in Springplat in Crawley , As I was travelling a lot due to my work nature as an aircraft engineer! Very nice and quiet area, big house with everything you need ! Bryan was always there when I needed him for everything and quick responsive to repair in all the problems that any house can have !!! I wish all the landlords had his mentality to make you feel like home ! Thanks again !

My first time renting and it couldn’t have been easier! Bryan is a great landlord and was extremely professional with everything from checking in to checking out. Didn’t really have any issues in my 8 months there and if there were any issues at all he would have it sorted straight away. Could not recommend B3B enough.

I lived years in one of Bryan’s house and I really liked my time there. It’s a well maintained and professional house. If there was any issues the response was always quick. The location of the house is very good, in quiet area with good parking options, close to town centre and public transport. The garden and the shared areas are spacious enough to live together with others and the rooms have enough space to have privacy if needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for accommodation for a long term.
