Absolutely great property located very close to Chichester centre and only 5 minutes from Goodwood. Spacious, extremely clean, well equipped and great view.

The flat is good , located at the heart of kingston high street. Good host, definitely will come back again.

Location was absolutely perfect. The apartment had everything that we needed. The heating was great as it was quite cold. Would stay here again. The entry system was nice and private. Would recommend to anyone looking to spend time in London. The train station was 5 minutes walk away.

The property is located around many different food places aswell as a 5 minute walk away from Balham stations. Taylor and Adam were extremely helpful and cooperative when we were staying at the property, any problem we had they were there ready to pick up the phone and to sort it out- we cant thank them enough! I would 100% recommend this propertyz.

I stayed in the house in Kingston Apple Market. The house was very nice. Clean and warm. The location is very good, close to everywhere. The hosts responded to all my questions quickly. I hope we were good guests too. I would like to stay here again when I come back.

Recently had the pleasure of using A Plus Properties for a stay in Chelsea. The lovation is ideal, only a stones throw from kings road and sloane square which was ideal for me on my visit.

The apartment was tidy, spacious and after a long day of hustle and bustle in the west end it put a real relaxing end to my day.

I have been working closely with A Plus Properties on a bespoke deal and they have excellent knowledge of the London / Surrey area. Extremely reliable and I will continue to work with them.

Adam and Taylor were the perfect hosts and were there for any requirements or questions I had, making my stay very smooth and relaxing. We had a lovely stay! I had a work trip in the city so we decided to stay the night. It’s a great apartment and good location to Chelsea restaurants and bars, so was ideal for what we wanted. We needed to contact the owner to change the heating and they were very responsive. Thanks!
