Excellent customer service. My order was despatched within 24 hours of ordering. Unfortunately I had issues with with courier service so I contacted Aztecs of London, and had an email from Dan straight away. He was really brilliant and kept me updated frequently. I placed my order with Aztecs of London due to the positive feedback on Trustpilot and I can see why.

This was such a fantastic find!
This was such a fantastic find! We had been looking for a red KitchenAid mixer for my mums upcoming birthday for AGES and we were so relieved to finally find one. Aztecs of London have been fantastic to order from! I requested that it came in a different box (as it is a surprise present) and not only did they do this, but also sent me a personal email to let me know they had received this instruction. The product arrived quickly and it is AWESOME! Will definitely order from these guys again !

Great service
From ordering to delivery the service was great. Prices are a bit high but as KitchenAid is out of stock almost everywhere else you have to pay that if you really want to get it. Everything seems ok so far with the product and will have to wait and see if it lasts as it's too early to say anything about it.

I will be candid about the reasons for the increase in prices. As you are aware, there is a massive shortage of KitchenAid mixers in the UK, as has been the case for many months. The unfortunate reality is that since the turn of the year, the cost of these mixers has increased due to the fact that KitchenAid distribute from Belgium and there are now additional costs which we have to account for which has led to these increases. Nonetheless, thank you for your understanding and for becoming one of our valued customers.

Amazing customer service
I bought the appliance for my daughter who is living in UK for her birthday. Everywhere had sold out and I was so happy that I was able to purchase one. I emailed their customer service and asked if I could have a note added in with my order. My email was answered immediately with a response “of course we can do that”. As I am in Australia I woke the next morning to say that my delivery was on the way and Danyal had let me know that he went and bought a birthday card and wrote what I had asked him to and put it with the appliance.
I was completely blown away that he had done this. I have never experienced such amazing communication and customer service.
Aztecs of London and in particular Danyal were so easy to deal with and especially as I am in Australia online shopping can be stressful. My daughter received her KitchenAid the very next day and was completely in love. Thank you for making her birthday

I ordered a Kitchenaid stand mixer from Aztec’s of London it arrived in a timely manner with communication throughout the order processing and delivery time. Unfortunately when the stand mixer arrived the paint had a default on it due to it not being sprayed correctly when being made. I only noticed this on New Year’s Day and emailed Aztec of London that day not expecting a reply due to it being a bank holiday. I received a email within half an hour back advising a courier could come and collect it and a new one would be sent out and in the meantime to continue to use the mixer if needed. At this time I opted for a refund and this was sorted within a matter of days. Your employee Danyal is a credit to your company. Danyal went above and beyond and your professionalism was second to none.
