Was scammed - placed order. Contacted them to double check all was ok and they replied very quickly. Received all confirmation emails and even a fake tracking email with a link to a fake tracking site showing it had been dispatched. A day before it was due for delivery both sites were deleted

Scammers liars nothing delivered and you can’t get hold of them.DO NOT BUY anything . They send you an email saying out for delivery but you can’t track it after a few days and then you can’t even access the website to track the item.

As others have said, Scam. Item not delivered, no response. Do not use.

Scammed. Paid for a Shark vacuum. I checked beforehand and all seemed legitimate. I was sent the tracking and up until yesterday it was still on its way. Now all tracking has disappeared. I now see how many people have been scammed !

Scam!! Do not order. I placed an order for an air fryer, was asked to pay through another link. Now no contact is made with me and its been over a week.

This is a complete scam.
i was lucky as i paid via credit card and reported to them.
i emailled the scamming company and they actually replied stating they were refunding my money.
i got my money back, whether it was becasue of my CC chatrgeback or the scammers done it to avoid hassle of investigation i dont know.

I was going to buy Lego until I realised a few things. Last reviews prior to the last few months were in 2021 when clearly this was a bona fide company. None until the zero/1 star reviews recently. The only contact numbers are mobiles. This is a scam alert. Kids with mobiles stealing. The domain, despite appearing to be established was set up:
Sunday 17th, September 2023 12:00 am. So clearly not the 5 star company who appears to have gone under. It is annoying how these script kiddies keep getting away with theft.

This is a Scam website. Run from them. Don't be the next victim. If you read all the positive reviews carefully, it will be clear to you they are fake. We are already tracking them and they will be caught soon.

Liquidated company....! Do not use this fake site.
I had looked on Trustpilot and couldn't see the 1 star reviews. Money taken and bank cant recover.

I ordered a Food Mixer from Aztecs of London. Easy online ordering service, kept updated on delivery date. My product arrived within 2 days. Good store.

Fantastic service from Aztecs of London. Had some issues with courier (not the fault of Aztecs) and Dan went out of his way to resolve. They clearly believe that customer service is key to the success of their company. Shame that there aren’t more companies like this.

Absolutely incredible! After looking all over for a KitchenAid, Aztecs of London carried a limited edition one that my parents bought me as a wedding present. They asked for it to be wrapped and Dan went out of his way to contact them to find out exactly what kind of wrapping paper they had in mind, bought beautiful paper and wrapped it with care, delivered it a couple of days later with a hand-written card with a message from my parents, and even included some extra sweets in the box. It really made it the most special gift. Can't wait to use this lovely mixer, and can't recommend Aztecs of London highly enough!
