Was desperate to find this years new colour
Was desperate to find this years new colour "honey" for the artisan kitchenaid mixer. After searching websites of major suppliers I could not find any who had it in stock apart from Aztecs. I was a little reticent about purchasing from them because, you can only contact them through their website by email, no phone numbers or address. I continued with my purchase however, and wanted the mixer to be posted in plain packaging so emailed this request. Wow, it was nearly 8pm in the evening and I had a response from Dan at Aztecs within 10 minuets confirming my request. I was taken aback at their prompt response as they say on their website it can take up to 1 business day for a reply. I texted them again the next day about dispatch and again had a response within 10 minutes and I'm sure they dispatched the item early for me as it was a birthday surprise.
I would have no hesitation in using Aztecs again. Thank you again Aztecs especially Dan who delt personally with my requests. If you want an artisan mixer and other stuff go to Aztecs you will not be disappointed.

Excellent company with amazing customer service. I ordered early on a Saturday morning and had a personal email acknowledging my order along side an automatic one. I believe it was Dan who I was chatting with, he was very friendly and really made me feel that I had made the right decision to use this company. My husband loves his KitchenAid. This was the only company online I could find that had stock of the honey colour of the year and I’m glad I found them as I now need to order a coffee machine and have no hesitation that Aztecs will be the place to order from again.

Quick delivery at a price!
Great and reliable service even though i paid at a hefty premium to get the product quickly[[30% above the KitchenAid direct website price].
The company was ultra efficient in dealing with the delivery.
No complaints at all, as it was the only item that had the product i wanted.

I ordered the Kitchen Aid anniversary edition and it is absolutely stunning! I ordered it for my daughters birthday. I live in Canada and she lives in UK. With Covid I could not be with her to celebrate. Knowing this and the fact my daughter is a doctor on the frontline caring for patients,Dan at support was an absolute angel. He asked if he could get a card for me and asked what he could write on my behalf. To our incredible surprise not only had he put a card from me in the box, he also surprised her with some yummy treats. Dan is a valuable asset to Aztec of London. I am very pleased with the KitchenAid mini standmixer which fits perfectly in my small kitchen. I have made bread and cake, both very successful. The mixer was delivered very quickly and I am happy to recommend Aztecs London for the quality of both service and product.
