2 måneder måtte jeg vente på min forsendelse. Jeg havde bestil 2 koala bamser der skulle være livagtige til 460kr men fik 2 helt almindelige plys bamser.

Good thing is they will lend money to just about anybody. But your interest rate will be upwards of 12.99% the fees and charges are crazy expensive. I was grateful at the time as I fell in love with my beautiful car, but that feeling wears off when you realise how much its costing you in the end. I sold the car and paid out the loan in full.

Portal access is tricky to navigate and the password aspect is incredibly difficult and requires you to call Azora for codes and links.

Avoid at all costs.

Quick to call reply or respond if you miss payment, but cant call back when you are trying to get simple answer or help to get a login for the portal.

Poor form would never recommend

I’d strongly recommend avoiding taking a loan from Azora if you're in any kind of financial hardship. In my experience, they are not supportive when life takes a turn. I lost my job, and even after securing new employment, I fell behind on bills. I applied for hardship assistance through Azora, hoping for some flexibility — but was declined.
They market themselves as helpful, but when you really need support, they make it extremely difficult. If you’re considering borrowing, I suggest looking into options through your bank or credit union instead. They’re usually more transparent and supportive during tough times. Please be careful and do your research before signing anything.

I cannot complain about the service. They were responsive and helpful. Just be aware there is a 15.00 per month account keeping fee about 900.00 over a 5 year loan. And 2190.00 in establishment and settlement fees.
