Refinance gave me cheaper rate

Money Me took their time to review and consider my circumstances and financial capacity and approved my personal loan, which I took to refinance an exiting loan and I got a much cheaper interest rate. It didn't happen overnight, but in all I have to say a good experience and I would recommend Money Me to others.

I had an excellent experience with MONEYME. The entire process was incredibly easy, straightforward, and much quicker than I expected. The team was professional and really helpful throughout the journey. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and efficient service!

Easy process yet unsettling afterwards

The loan process was very straightforward, and everything was clearly explained upfront, which I appreciated. However, the automated repayment bot began sending messages and emails almost immediately after my loan was approved. Receiving multiple reminders each day can feel a bit unsettling, even if they’re meant to be helpful.
In my opinion, a single message and email shortly before the repayment date would be more than enough as a reminder. Anything beyond that becomes excessive and starts to feel like harassment rather than support.
Overall, the service itself was good, but the frequency of automated reminders could definitely be improved for a better customer experience.
