Disapointing

For the second time this year, my order was returned to the source because of insufficient address. Meaning you did not use the complete address I have on file with you. I sent an email asking to send back my order but there was no response. Now I'll have to call directly.

We shipped it to the street address you provided during checkout, never heard of Zipcode +4 where the last 4 digits is a PO Box, if you wanted us to ship to a PO Box then a PO Box address should have been provided, We have shipped over 100K packages over the years, this is the first time we have seen this.

Repeatedly.
