Been w Aydin for years... yes, sometimes the system slips & preferred items sell out... not often... BUT... the very few times this occurred, they communicated & offered reasonable alternatives.
I like how they operate, openly, things do happen, but they communicate & THAT has kept me with them for quite some time!
