Generally great to deal but beware
I really appreciated the personal interaction and follow-up to get the deal done. I also thought they did a great job quickly working through a hiccup on the side of the third-party company that holds the IRA funding the bullion purchase USGB was able to get info and resolve a bottleneck when I was unable to do so directly. Generally I thought their prices were okay except for the proof sets. However, there was a really hard sell for the Eagle proof sets, which carry a really high premium. I eventually partially gave in for the sake of diversity, but now wish I hadn't. The stated tax advantages are illusory and, in fact, are the opposite.

Well what made my experience great is the caring and hard work young lady named Rhonda HeneryShe is great considerate and my wife and I justLove her and everything she does for us.I will say thisI and I believe that communication between purchasing and shipping needs to keep Rhonda in the loop when it comes toany correspondence about my metals,in fact from now on I only want Mrs Henery to tell me about anything that is going on with my metals. Not purchasing not shipping or anyone else. Just Rhonda. Make sure the right person gets this message. She is my rep and that is what I Wants. Also you need to keep up with other dealers and provide your customers the perk of having savings accounts, like other dealers. Thanks H.P.B.
